I’ve lived here for a few months now and the staff has taken great care of me and my wife The longer you stay the lower your rent is. Maintenance is great, any day any time he’ll be there. The front desk has been really nice to us and helps us out with other things like finding jobs and resources. I love this place, I’m so sad we have to leave due to jobs and car issues. Thanks for treating us like family

They often feature savings codes, percentage-off deals (e.g., "Save $100" or "Up to 25% Off Per Week"), or special pricing for first-time guests. Mar 17, 2025 · Hayleigh KochThis place is the most unaccommodating hotel ive ever been to. A lot of money for a whole week of hell. The a/c was leaking so bad we had to use the only two towels to soak it up and when we asked for more we were told no we had to wash them ourselves. When we asked for housekeeping to take our trash we were told no we had to do it ourselves. We spent the entire week with no internet. The amount of roaches is disgusting. The bathroom door doesnt even close. Oh and there is only one working staircase. This place sucks so bad i wanted to throw myself down the seven broken staircases.
May 17, 2025 · Lauren VioletJessica has been amazing! The check-in process was a breeze. After checking out other local extended stays in the area, this property was very clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend☺️
Mar 31, 2025 · Terriney CauseyI got kicked out because an employee told the head manager I was disrespectdul (I wasn't). If the head manager is there and you get a warning she kicks you out immediately without hearing your side of the story. Employees come around all the time so they can spray against roaches but they do it for like 2 seconds and it doesn't stop the infestation. Evidently, the building is as old and run down as that head manager. My wife and I caused no problems and were kicked out meanwhile other people who smoke LOUD and you can smell it in your room are allowed to stay, it makes no sense. People smoke in their rooms, play loud bass into the night but if you're an upstanding citizen they don't want you to stay. Sad!
Jan 15, 2025 · Richie KlausBeen here a few weeks and not a lot to say other than it's pretty quiet and the room is appointed about the same as a studio apartment. Recent remodel so looks pretty nice. They'd get 5 stars across the board but there are some roaches. They're not swarming or anything but I see, and kill, at least 2 or 3 a day. Other than that not a bad place at all. Pretty nuce
