I had an unfortunate experience during my recent stay at this Comfort Inn. The General Manager, whose name I believe is Mildred, made an inappropriate and unsettling analogy involving my children, which I found both rude and unprofessional. The overall environment of the hotel felt unsafe and unclean, with a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Upon check-in, the night staff informed me that a late check-out at 2 PM would be acceptable. However, the next day I was abruptly told this was not possible, and I was made to feel as though I had fabricated the conversation. Thankfully, my family and I were only booked for one night. The breakfast was below average, and the experience overall left much to be desired. Based on this stay, I will not be returning to this or any other Comfort Inn location.

Jun 18, 2025 · Jr RhodesI wish I had read the Google reviews over Expedia because I would not have placed my workers here to lay their heads. The day of check-in I had 3 workers booked in a 2-queen, with a sofa bed. The men asked for 3 keys and were denied by the woman at the front desk. Fortunately, they decided to work with it which had they called me that would not have been the case. So, on the last day of their 4-night stay, they came back to the room after working a 10-hour shift the room that was 85 degrees. My men requested to be moved however, the same woman that checked them in stated they will have Maintenace there shortly. Mind you, shortly to her was 2 - 3 hours out. I had to call and complain that I wanted them moved or I wanted the supervisor. I called the main number to Choice Hotels to complain. My men went down to the desk in which they were moved to another room. What I find crazy is if your hotel is not full on a Wednesday night why would you be nasty to your guest? I hope she finds a job that she enjoys having.

Which in reality it was only a night in a half but how the hotels have their check in & check out times set up it was “two nights”!! I checked in Saturday, March 15th, 2025 between 12 - 1 AM so we didn’t even really check in until Saturday and we checked out Sunday morning around 9:30 AM. Any way, for two nights $445 is RIDICULOUS! ESPECIALLY, WHEN HOUSEKEEPING LEFT BEHIND A DIRTY SOCK UNDERNEATH THE BED THAT STUNK UP THE ENTIRE HOTEL ROOM!!!!!! We had to sleep the whole first night smelling that nasty foul odor from someone else’s dirty sock!!!!!! Then we could hear everyone talking and getting on and off the elevator at all times of the day and night because our room was right next to the elevator door. The beds are not queens they’re doubles so me and my husband were squished together sleeping all night of what little sleep we could get. The comforters on the bed looked like they had rust stain spots splattered all over them. The carpet was frayed and pulled back at the bathroom door; the carpet had so many stains on it throughout the entire room!! When I spoke to the woman at the front desk of my concerns I was told there wasn’t anything she could do!! It was a complete nightmare!!!! PLEASE, save your money and stay elsewhere.
Mar 22, 2025 · BPros: Location convenient to stores, mall, restaurants and easy access to highway. Cons: Water barely gets hot. Gets warm but not hot and that's not convenient if multiple people have to take showers. The water in the sink didn't drain well and overall the cleanliness could be improved. The beds also werent that comfortable. The staff at the front desk weren't hospitable or friendly. Overall if it's a quick stay or weekend trip it could work but if your really staying here for an extended vacation over a few days or longer I wouldn't recommend.
Feb 17, 2025 · AHnest EBeware of additional pet fees of $50 per night per pet. PLUS a refundable deposit of $250, neither of which I found on this “pet friendly” property information. Clerk did cancel the reservation at no charge and we drove home during the night rather than pay that exorbitant fee. He printed out a page that listed the extra fees but I still haven’t found it on Hotels.com or the property’s website.
