However, when we arrived at 7:00 PM on Saturday to check in, we were told our room was not available. Despite having communicated our arrival change and confirming the booking, we were charged a nearly $190 cancellation fee in addition to the original booking charge of over $300. On top of that, we were forced to find alternate accommodations last-minute, which cost us an additional $400. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant — I believe his name was Andrew — was dismissive and extremely rude. He stated that my information would be passed to management and someone would be in touch. No one has contacted me, which only reinforces the feeling that your hotel lacks professionalism and customer care. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the canceled room that was wrongfully charged, as well as an explanation for how this situation was handled. We made every effort to communicate in advance and were left not only without a room but significantly out of pocket due to no fault of our own. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through my credit card company, leave a public review of our experience, and report the incident to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

Jun 29, 2025 · Darren BaranyOur sheets had old blood stains on the bedding. I think what made it worse was the hotel refusing to give us a refund. That is completely unacceptable. How are you going to have blood stained sheets and not give your guests a refund?! They even saw the photos I took! Are you kidding me? NEVER stay here again and I would not recommend if you prefer to not have blood on your sheets. See attached photos! Also- I have tried reaching out to speak with the owner (like they advised as response to this review) and they will not call back. Always told they are not in. So looks like they just want to appear like they care on this review- but not actually make things better and fix their wrong.

When I called to ask for a room in my friend's wedding block months in advance, the receptionist was very short with me and later I found out he didn't even give me the block price after talking with others with the same experience. On top of that, I gave him a credit card and apparently he never charged it, so I had to pay when I got there. The room was clean but there are no hooks anywhere so we had to hang my dress and a suit on top of the bathroom door. When you took a shower the shower clogged almost immediately and half the outlets did not work. Also as a side note, I did not put a do not disturb on the door but the sign in the bathroom said that service to the room would not be performed unless asked and someone came in and tidied our room, half my bad but don't put that sign up if they are just going to come anyway. We spent two nights here so there was no need for it. Also, while we were there, there were two weddings and another bride provided gift bags for her guests but not mine and at least three parties, for my bride, were given the other bride's gift bags. It says what party we are in, there should be no confusions on things like that. There were also a lot of kids there for baseball which is fine but we got back one night and there were a ton of screaming kids in the pool at 11pm. The breakfast was nice though and the check out is easy but overall the service needs a lot of work and same with the rooms.

It seems like they keep some sort of air fresheners in the hallways to ensure freshness. Room was also very clean. Staff was very nice. This hotel was also very quiet! There’s was no loud guests or music or anything, I was able to have a very peaceful stay. Pool is great as well. I would definitely stay here again
Jun 20, 2025 · Janayah WhiteWe stayed here because we were going to a concert so the hotel location was what sold it for us. Pros: It had a bed and we got some sleep. It had a shower and we were able to clean up. Living room space with a door to the bedroom so the early riser can move about while the bums sleep in. Cons: The place is dated. Smells gross. The air conditioning doesn't really get cool enough, always feels humid and damp and sounds like a semi when it is on, but doesn't stay on so it wakes you up all night long. The breakfast was not good. The "sausage" was so pathetic looking. The creamers said they needed to be refrigerated but were just out at room temperature for lord knows how long. The muffins were about as big as a swollen thumb. The worst part is we were looking forward to the Perkins that their website said was close. Bruh. It is permanently closed. 🤣 I had called early and asked if I could check in early. The man I spoke with was VERY nice and said I could check in around 1:30 or 2. We arrived at 2:30 and were told the room wasn't ready and when I questioned about the early check in he got pretty snippy and said, "I told you 2:30." A lie. I don't mind having to wait, but don't lie to me to try to make me look like I am lying. That was the worst way possible to handle that. Turns out the room WAS ready so he tried to gaslight me for no reason. The price was REDIC for this hotel. Won't be back.
