May 12, 2025 · Parker BabcoRoom was overall clean and comfortable. There was stuff on the toilet seat that was gross. However it was a comfortable bed, good AC unit, and quiet. Would recommend staying if need a place in the area.
Apr 13, 2025 · Vickie ParryCalled at 1600 April 23, 2025. Gentlemen picked up the phone. I asked for a room for the 23-27. He said sure no problem. I asked if I pay over the phone, he said no need, he'll leave a note for the desk when I arrive at midnight. Upon my arrival, I rang the bell 5 or so times, even shouting "is anyone here?". No answers after standing around for over 15 minutes. I went back to my car and called the front office. After letting it ring for a bit, someone answered who seemed like they were asleep. The name was "Andreas" . I asked her if anyone was in, and that I'm outside the office area. She said "no ma'am...I mean, no sir, were fully booked" I tried to explain my situation, but she kept yawning and seemed like she wanted to go back to bed. I'm military, and slept in my car because of this after a long drive.
Apr 24, 2025 · Raymond JamesWe had booked a room here for my son's birthday and was extremely disappointed. We booked here because we were going snow tubing and wanted something close with a pool and hottub. The pool was so cold it was like swimming in Antarctica, the hottub was not working either. This has been an issue for awhile and no plans to have fixed anytime soon. Wish I would have known ahead of time we would have gone somewhere else. The breakfast was terrible also, with stale bagels and bacon that was thin as paper and no flavor. Will not be stay at this hotel again.
Feb 16, 2025 · Lindsey BlackWe had no power, no hot water, no wifi. The power went out in the middle of the night so the room was essentially a shelter with furniture. I checked my email, texts, and even the front door to see what was going on. There was nothing. I was annoyed because there was no explanation, but I thought maybe they’ll address it when we go to the lobby. We leave our room and enter a dark hallway where not even the exit sign was lit. There was a flashlight propped at the base of the staircase as the only sign had done anything to remedy the situation. Once we get downstairs two women who did not have any identifying name tags or clothes asked if we were checking out and took our keys. My husband asked “so the whole building is out of power” and one of the women said “yeah there’s an outage in the area you can go to Sheetz if you need something” we walked out after that. I understand power outages happen, but no communication about it and no apology is outrageous. We live out of town and travel to this area to be with family often and I will be sure to let everyone know not to send their families here because you will not be taken care of. This hotel should be ashamed to treat people this way.
