Apr 25, 2025 · Alison WellingtonRoom was disgusting! Had to no choice but to stay because we were on a long road trip and just finished 17 hr drive. Rm 205 had ceiling falling apart and water dripping from light fixture. Light fixture in room didn't have a cover on it. Found clothing from previous guest. AC filter had never been cleaned. So gross. Picked a room through the app beforehand and was given a different room. Hated the stay. Service seemed good though.
Apr 27, 2025 · A SouliaWe were in town for a hockey tournament, after a snafu at another hotel, Home2suites was able to get our team all clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great. Marquis Barnes was super helpful in sorting out our block reservations. Would definitely stay again

Feb 03, 2025 · Shareese BirchfieldRoom was very comfortable. But, we did have trouble with the heater. We turned the temp up with the thermostat on the wall, but it didn't seem to do anything. So I went to the unit and saw it was on A/C. So I switched it to heat and immediately it started to blow warm air BUT IT STUNK! Really bad. We ran it that way till it warmed up and went back to A/C and it stayed warm enough without the smell.
