I have been traveling since the end of January and staying at the County Inn and in Suites in Brockton, and in all my years of traveling I have NEVER Been accused of staining sheets as I was at this hotel. I spend between $800-$900 a week staying at this hotel since January and this is how loyal customers are treated. I spoke with Laura the GM who had a nerve to call me on the phone to inform of such madness and showed me a sheet that was so stained telling me after the sheet was washed the stain showed more and all I wear is Sweet Almond body oil and not alot, I was insulted and humiliated. So I left Country inn and Suites and went to a Residence Inn - Marriott and have Been here for 2 weeks and I have not had any issues with staining any sheets. The environment is much better. At the Country inn and Suites the 1st floor have been under construction since I started staying there and still no work has Been done. This establishment has lost a loyal customer and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Mar 15, 2025 · I AM GODDESSI stayed 1 night. Forgot my belt in the closet. I made sure to call the next day before check in hours to see if someone can retrieve my belt for me prior to any check ins. The front end worker said no one has checked in yet and she would send someone to check and call me back. I never received a call back. I called 3 hours later for an update, unfortunately I had to deal with a guest service worker by the name of Danielle who said nothing was in the lost and found . I asked if she can go check the room for me. She said someone was already in there and I had to call back at the end of the week. I asked her what happened to the call back I was supposed to receive prior to any check ins. She hung up on me. I called about 7 more times just for her to pick up and hang up the phone each time. I called from another number, she answered. I asked to speak with the manager and she transferred me to some generic voicemail. I went in person to the hotel, I asked her for her managers name and number and her name. She said she didn't have to give it to me and called the police. The police came, I explained to them the situation and they went up to the room to look for me. It wasn't there, so I'm assuming it was stolen by an employee. Nevertheless, this is atrocious customer service. What was the reason for calling the police when all she had to do was give me the Managers name and number and also her name to file a complaint? If you are that scared of people, where your first instinct is to call the police, than guest services isn't the job for you. Even the police said that this should've been handled better than it was by the hotel and representative. Wasting tax payer dollars for what? I will never stay in this place again, and if you are black or a person of color, and Danielle is working, I'd advise you not to stay here either. She was shocked when I didn't run when she picked up the phone to call the police. She went hiding after she called until they came. You hang up on a customer 8 times, they show up in person and you refuse to give the managers information and your name, and then call the cops? I would love to see their customer service training module. This place is horrid.
Feb 18, 2025 · David PascalService was horrible by the front desk. she stated i smoked in the room and charge me extra $150 when i called she was so rude was not trying to help me . then she said we charged $50 because they said you had 4 people on the pool when it was me my guest and a friend i am allowed 2 so the extra was $10 why did i get charged $50 then i was told housekeeper told them i smoked in the room when i KNOW for a fact i did not so this is a fraud they are horrible i will never stay there again and the housekeepers should not determine the fate of your business you should have an extra person verify before you change them all the reviews are the same should read them first 🤦🏾♀️
Jan 27, 2025 · pauldwine DessertA very friendly front desk manager. Cannot remember her name, but she is very delightful and makes things very easy as far as booking the room she has tattoos that’s all I know I forget her name but a very nice woman.
Jan 04, 2025 · George DeweyWas happy with the decision to stay here . It was recently renovated and clean. Of the basic style hotel offerings in the area, I think this worked out well. The front desk is glassed in, which is a little disconcerting upon check in but everything worked out fine. The bed was a medium firmness. The sleeping pillows were hilariously small, but you can just request normal size pillows at the front desk.
