Mar 25, 2025 · Erika DowellI stayed three nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton, and it exceeded almost every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how upscale and polished everything felt. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable—especially in the lobby, which looks and feels more like a luxury property than a typical chain hotel. Nancy, one of the managers, checked me in and continued to assist me throughout my stay. One morning, when I had difficulty locating my transportation, she went above and beyond by reviewing the hotel’s security cameras to help me confirm whether it had arrived. Her calm and thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful moment much easier. Erica from the front desk also texted shortly after check-in to make sure everything in my room was okay—another personal and appreciated gesture. A standout moment happened even before I checked in. The driver who brought me from Boston needed to use the restroom after the long drive, and the hotel staff welcomed her warmly—no questions, no attitude, just kindness. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflects the genuine hospitality at this hotel. My room was quiet, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new, with flawless finishes and a pristine tub—everything gleamed, and I didn’t see a single scratch or sign of wear. I especially appreciated the blackout blinds, which made it easy to sleep in. My window overlooked peaceful rolling hills—a beautiful and calming view. The AC unit worked perfectly, and the room stayed cool and quiet throughout my stay, making it easy to fall asleep each night. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, and thoughtful touches like the bench outside the entrance—for guests waiting on transportation or simply relaxing—showed how much care went into the guest experience. The Garden Grille, the hotel’s onsite restaurant, was another highlight. Jenn served me dinner on the first night—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Mike was my server on the following night, and he was just as warm and professional. Melody served me both mornings at breakfast and was truly fantastic—cheerful, kind, and completely on top of everything. The only aspect that could be improved was the indoor pool. While the facility was clean and inviting, the water temperature was noticeably colder than expected—likely below 70°F on the first night. It had warmed slightly by my final evening, but still didn’t reach the ideal 82°F. A properly heated pool would’ve made an already great stay truly perfect. During my visit, the hotel was fully booked—Northern Trust and Dunkin’ Donuts appeared to have reserved a large number of rooms—but the staff remained calm, composed, and incredibly helpful throughout.
May 18, 2025 · Kelly CambridgeportStayed for two nights. Honestly, it was nice. Our room was quite clean, we had enough towels and it had your standard shampoo and lotion. There was no second guessing with the shower as it was labeled "hot" and "cold". As for food, I didn't try it myself but the people I was staying with had gotten dinner from the restaurant downstairs and had apparently enjoyed it. The ladies who checked me in and checked me out were also very friendly, no issues there. The free parking was a big plus and one of the only reasons I chose this spot. I only took away a star because of the bathroom situation. I don't know if all Hilton Garden Inns do this or if it's just this one but the bathroom door is a sliding door that closes most of the way. Essentially, you don't have a way to fully close the bathroom door while you're inside. Someone outside of the bathroom could partially peak in on you as you're doing your business which I didn't appreciate. Basically if you're going to stay at a hotel like this, try to avoid staying with creeps.
Feb 10, 2025 · Kevin NorrisI was there for opening day and they had an amazing setup with fenway franks, sangria and everything was decked out in Red Sox gear and decor! They never disappoint with their themed celebrations. Nice to go to a hotel that isn't boring and has something fun going on all the time, especially being right next to Trillium!
Mar 27, 2025 · Raymond ShirtzI was there as part of a wedding party, so things were pretty hectic. The staff (Nancy, Brianna and Julia) were so accommodating with everything from check in to check out. They went above and beyond, were extremely professional and most of all, patient! I would definitely stay there again.
