Not a complaint, just FYI. They don't or didn't give me a Titanium Elite member of any type or entertainment of a room upgrade. This also when the place was near empty. it is an older building and layout. They maintain it well for what it is. The staff are very friendly and kind. It was very quiet, but again very empty of guests. It's in a remote industrial office park area. I would stay again if in the area but would definitely triple check my room type so I don't mess up again. During a last minute reservation change the system changed the room type and the front desk even seeing it wouldn't not fix, or didn't care to give me options. And paying the difference is not an issue.

While some guests have occasionally reported minor issues such as slow hot water or perceived non-recognition of elite status (which can be subjective and depend on availability), these seem to be isolated incidents rather than widespread problems. Mar 19, 2025 · Keith WatsonHad a nice stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The first morning, so far, the breakfast staff called out of their shift so there was no breakfast. The manager did resolve this by offering us other alternatives. The first flood ice machine was out of order but the 2nd and 3rd floors had working ones.
Apr 19, 2025 · Sophia AponteThe vibes at this place are insanely weird. I stayed here for a funeral in town, and thank goodness it was only one night. The fact that that both the bar and starbucks were closed is nuts. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have some sort of bar/restaurant attached. The hotel itself seemed like it was near-empty, which only contributed to The Shining-like vibes of this place. The TV barely works. I've had a clearer picture using Over The Air antennae. It's likely one of the first models of flat screen TVs ever produced. I don't think I've seen such an outdated TV anywhere in over two decades. I was woken up by housekeeping knocking on our hotel door at 8:30am. On top of all this they have the nerve to charge $10.00 a night for parking, even though they have a massive parking lot and the hotel was practically empty. Staff was nice enough, but the overall quality of my stay was more in line with a rural dingy motel rather than a brand name Marriott. Extremely confused about how this place is so highly rated.
Jan 14, 2025 · Steven CruickshankI like that the hotel sits off the road. Our room was also odor free and clean. My daughter paid for the room and we will reimburse her for our portion. We were shocked when she told us she had to pay $10 per night for parking. Parking is nothing special. It’s just normal parking around the outside of the hotel. Charging for parking is a money grab. Considering where the hotel is located (not anywhere near downtown Boston), it’s pricey.
Apr 20, 2025 · Albert HaversVery nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast is not included. Very good for Boston Marathon, away from crowds, easy to get to halfcway point fir viewing.
