Honestly, I’m not much of a complainer pretty much happy with whatever I get, but this bed tore my back up. The only reason for my stay in this area was traveling along the way so all I need was a bed that being said up all night it was so hard. My back was so stiff all night and still into the morning Really would never consider staying here again strictly because of the type of bed.There should be some,I don’t know how to say it, description of what types of beds these hotels carry. I realize you can’t satisfy everybody with one bed and it would be not cost-effective to have every style of bed to accommodate everyone, but this one was way way bad. So basically, I paid $150 for someone to make me uncomfortable

Jun 10, 2025 · Bob BrooksWe did not feel safe or clean at this hotel. My wife and I checked-in for a 2 night, king "suite" stay... and promptly checked-out about 2 hours later. The place felt like a truck stop or a La Quinta Inn in a trench coat. Terrible shower head, poor water pressure, dirty floors, stains on closet "door" (painted particle board). The shower tub had this lumpy, uneven flooring such that water pooled/didn't completely drain, and it hurt to stand in for too long. That's certainly one way to conserve water... Normally I'd just request a new room, but the last straw was when we noticed it was possible to SEE INTO ROOMS FROM THE HALLWAY through a half-inch gap on many of the doors on the entire floor. It's almost like the building went through an earthquake and just wasn't ever repaired. Receptionist was polite, though.

Buffet breakfast was free with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy etc. Free WI-FI & HBO. It also had a pool and gym. Definitely will stop here again.

Then we were told since we booked through a third party, rewards would not apply. Using a third party we were able to get the room for $30 cheaper than the best rate they offered. Not a very good rewards system
May 04, 2025 · Jake KitnerWith our last experience, we won't be back. We are Choice Privileges members and stop at this location on annual trips. During our last visit, the hotel charged a $300 bogus smoking fee; we were told the GM would call us back to discuss, never has. I went outside with my partner, who smokes, and saw the GM also smoking regularly. **Beware if you're a smoker and they see you outside smoking, they'll charge you a fee and refuse to talk to you!** Absolutely NO smoking took place in our room, shame on the management of this location.** Also: the check-in staff was rude to my sick mother, the rooms need a deep clean, the hot tub jets were broken (pretty sure they were last year, too), and there were literal burn holes in the sheets in my room; but, after driving all day and laying down after midnight we didn't report the sheets at the time, but I do have a time-stamped photo.
