We love this hotel and come back every year. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient, we never had to wait for anything we needed. The bistro service was good even on a busy holiday. And of course the rooms are clean and welcoming. We are also fond of the pool and hot tub, not always included these days, a real find. Another win: proximity to not one but two EV fast chargers simplifies travel planning in an area that otherwise has few. Convenient to the highway, Whole Foods and other amenities.

1st room reeked of smoke, so asked for new one so we wouldn't be charged for it. They said they'd call when ready, which they forgot to do, so we went back to desk to resolve again. New room had sopping wet carpet next to bed from some leak; closet smelled like mold, black cobwebs in one corner of ceiling, asked for all new towels to replace ones we put on wet carpet but housekeeping didn't do room (saw cart at other end of hall when we came back 3:30), went to desk, Mr earbuds (so named because he was more interested in whatever he was listening to than noticing guests.This was continual, not a one-off; I know it was slow location, but at least keep a visual on front of desk) said he'd tell housekeeping to bring towels. They brought two towels. Asked her for more, explaining why and finally got them. 2nd night we discovered black stains all over one side of one of the 2nd pillows. Probably makeup or hair coloring, but just uck. Service from bistro laughable as guy didn't know menu, ingredients, or how to make cafe mocha or double shot espresso. Food was cold. Last morning different person was there but she had already closed and was doing totals, so didn't want to make new coffee order, understandable, but said front desk could do it. All good until we turned around to look at menu and she snapped that she told us what to do. Rude and aggressive. The lady at front desk however was polite, professional, and helpful--exactly the service I've received at every other Marriott. But what a contrast. Location got 2 stars only because it's close to a highway, but directions to/from are confusing and the area is like a maze. So, Never. Again.

This hotel has always been my go to when visiting family and I’ve been a patron for over 20!years. I will never stay at this location again. The customer service was subpar, the room provided was small and there was a very strong smell of marijuana in my room. When I reported it to the front manager, the gentleman said that there was nothing that he could do about it. The smell of marijuana was disrespectful and inconsiderate. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and it had been during the previous times I've stayed however. The entire stay was very uncomfortable. I had my eight year old with me and we both had to smell that stuff overnight. The room was not as clean as other Courtyards, this site has gone downhill which is disappointing. I will never stay at this location again.

Rooms are fine, tolerable; internet is spotty and I had to use a Hotspot most of the time I was here. Location is very American: next to a closed TGI Fridays, and across the street from a chain Mexican restaurant. There are definitely better locations to stay in the area. My main complaint was regarding something I accidentally overheard from staff while picking up a delivered food order from the main lobby, which was empty except for me and two staff. As the elevator was closing, I heard a staff member say, presumably to the other employee: "He couldn't even walk across the street?" I was deeply hurt by this employees words; saddened that someone working behind the front desk of a hotel thought it would be okay to say something like this, out loud, to anyone, nevermind without waiting for the elevator door to at least close before criticizing one of their patrons. It's judgemental, obviously, and it made me feel bad about even being there. As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member for three years and a year-round road warrior, I've never been so offended by hotel staff. There is no reason I will ever patronize this hotel again.

The bistro is open 6:30A to 9:30A. If you pay for breakfast when you book, don't sleep in. Coffee is not offered when closed. That was a disappointment. The room had a Keurig. The coffee was a light roast. Not my preferred. Evening is 5P-10P or 9P. Don't remember. There is a bar within bistro. The room had a whirlpool. It was nice. The pool and whirlpool were nice. Temperature of pool was good.
