Upon arrival I was thinking this is cool I pulled in to check in valet came up to my car immediately to take it, not knowing I was going to be charged $60 for one night. Anyways in the lobby mind you every staff member was wonderful. I told them our traveling plans and they talked to be about hidden gems within the area and our area we are traveling too. After 9 hours I’m tired I was going to go to the pool but there were too many kids I just wanted to relax so I skipped it. Maybe have adult hours too? The fridge in our room was luke warm so we kept our drinks in the cooler, we had a few sheets for toilet paper. The room however was cold which I love thank you for that. Then my beautiful crazed wife was very adamant about finding a vending machine for candy so I went on a mission. I found drinks machines on every floor, I gave up my search and found a nice nook in the lobby of over priced candy and snacks. I got popcorn thinking I’m gonna go back up to my room and pop this nope the only microwave is in the lobby. I mean I’ve stayed many places I didn’t think something nicer like this wouldn’t have a microwave in the room, no blow dryer? I’ve stayed at crown plaza before and they always had free breakfast this place doesn’t. Plus side they do have k cup machine but I’m scared to be charged 8$ to use the machine. Again from valet and staff was very very respectful fun to talk to. I enjoyed the interaction however the owner needs to do some research and really update the place. For 160$ a night it was kind of mediocre

Apr 26, 2025 · Antonia VultaggioSo this hotel was in the perfect location for my work training as it is located walking distance from temple university! The service from Robbie, Ashley, and Anna Simon was amazing! My room temp water didn’t get hot and they fixed it immediately with no attitudes and rushed to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated that! All the staff were funny and calming. I would stay again!
Apr 11, 2025 · Sharde Rymer-SavageHotel parking was valet only, which was disappointing. My first room has a dirty fridge with goo on the bottom shelf that smelled like onions. The ladies working the front desk on the morning shift, Ashley and Annasimon, were excellent, however. They put me in a different room and made sure everything was okay with me. Highly recommend them for their great service.
