I paid for an upgrade to my room I did not get the upgraded room that I paid for did not get my money back for the upgrade. I was simply told that the room wasn’t available. there was pee in the toilet, there was no Internet no microwave the carpet was filthy.

I have been traveled for decades and stayed at countless hotels so far this one is my worst stay. 1) The Lobby (Which is almost none existent), small and poorly clean with strong smelling irritable cleaning spray. There is only one outdated couch that seats 3 to 4 people. 2) The staff - The receptionist (a lady) who checked us in was very rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. 3) The breakfast was okay but not as expected. We only got eggs one day out of our 4 nights of stay. Some of the staff would skip you to go make their waffles. in two occasions, they would not let me use the waffle maker first when I was ahead of them.

The hotel stay was great clean,quite,and the staff was great.They had hot running water nice shower.We also are able to find parking and the area in the neighborhood was pleasant.The breakfast was very good with options too choose from and the lounge area to eat was very clean and organized also it had a t.v in use.We been here a few times at this hotel and it got 5 Stars from us and the front desk person was very nice and helpful to us.

It wasn’t bad for a place to sleep and leave but there were some things not so great. The side table drawer had a condom wrapper in it and the handle felt sticky like it hadn’t been wiped down. The shower head had black stuff caked on it that could be wiped off in chunks and came out when the setting for the shower head was switched. I believe it was probably the carpet but the room and some of the hall smelt like wet mold. The breakfast options were good and the beds are very comfortable though.

I paid $730 for two nights, and I’m beyond disappointed. The customer service is lackluster. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels because they both were heavily stained. I only received the towels because they were “out of pillows because they’re fully booked.” When you walk in, you’ll smell heavy incense. It’s because every floor but the first smells. As soon I walked in the elevator, the smell hit me. The hallways reek of marijuana, cigarettes, and mold. The room’s carpet, curtains, bedding, annd towels all had the same smell and stains. The bathrooms are small and rusty. I put my towel over the shower rod and when I came back to shower again, there was rust on my towel from the rod. The “breakfast” was horrible. I didn’t expect much, but I definitely didn’t expect this. Go somewhere else if you want an experience that’s just mediocre. They failed to even meet mark… These ppl should be ashamed to run a business like this.
