Was not impressed. We planned to go to another restaurant nearby but it was graduation weekend and they were booked. Our fault for not planning ahead. Mario’s managed to slip us in immediately which I was happy about. It was a full house so I was expecting a good experience. The server was not at all helpful with menu questions or recommendations and seemed agitated from the beginning. Food (pasta) was very average in my opinion. Server basically only returned at the end to collect his tip.I love this authentic Mexican in Port Washington. This restaurant is in a lovely neighborhood with a huge private parking lot, it's super clean and staff couldn't be nicer. In addition to the spectacular dishes they offer, don't forget to indulge in their vast selection of tequilas (legal age of course). I always favor their Carne Asada but trust me, everything is good.
