Hey so basically I don’t get the negative reviews on this hotel, based on the political state and economic state of the country right now, the prices are pretty fair for what you get. The room was clean, no bugs or anything. The location is the best because it’s near the airport and there’s a movie theater only like 3 minutes away! The service is fair, normal motel. Honestly it’s fair if you’re looking for a motel not too bougie but not poor. PS. Breakfast is complimentary and it’s also pretty good!!

Jun 15, 2025 · vishwa patelThe staff was extraordinary. Mohel spent a lot of time making sure we got the exact rooms that we wanted. Everything was very clean, and wonderfully quiet. The location was easy to get to, and felt very safe. The pool is open early enough that I could get my morning swim in, and late enough that I could jump in after dinner and a neighborhood walk. After a night here, my in-laws moved from the Hilton to here because it was so much nicer.
Jun 04, 2025 · Crissy GuglerStaff seems nice, place is clean. Located next to a great sushi buffet Air conditioner worked great! Lots of shopping nearby by car A few disappointments about aged items in room listed below. It depends on what's important to you. Sleep function does work, which I use on TV. If you want to conserve water & not change towels daily, use do not disturb. Otherwise, they change them anyway. Not a problem, just pointing this out.
May 11, 2025 · Jeanie HauptFire alarm missing in the bedroom. The pull out sofa mattress was dirty, and someone had let their dogs sleep on it. Housekeeping didn't clean it. Musty smell and the lobby and outside the rooms were 80°. Ice didn't work on our floor, and some soda and snack machines were not working either. There was an ice cream machine. The elevator seemed like it needed maintenance. I recommend not getting rooms near the elevator because it can be a little loud with talking and luggage getting on the elevator.
May 11, 2025 · Stephanie WinglerHotel tried a bait and switch. I booked online through Priceline and when I got to the hotel they told me because I didn’t have a handicap permit I had to pay more to be moved to a different room because I wasn’t officially handicap (because I don’t have a handicap driving permit). The non-accessible room was more expensive. I was totally fine in accessible room and wanted it. They also wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation. My only option was to pay more. The owner (lady) was telling me I wasn’t handicap because I can park in handicap spots. In my opinion it’s non of the hotel staff business my status as long as I am not parking in a designated handicap spot. I booked and paid for the accessible room and they had it available but wouldn’t give it to me, wouldn’t switch me to a different room without paying more, and wouldn’t cancel the reservation. Priceline is now moving me to a different hotel. I suggest nobody stay at this place. The staff (owner lady) is rude and seems like they want to get you in with cheap rates and charge more fees when you get here. Unacceptable. Now I’m wasting time on calls trying to get booked into a different room. Stay far away from this hotel.
