I was a bit skeptical booking my stay here after reading the reviews, but once I looked around and met the staff, who are AMAZING, then discovered the rooms are set up with ports for wired internet (very hard to find), I took a chance. I stayed over a week, and this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff is so welcoming, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the General Manager, they are doing an excellent job making this place a home away from home. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the cook, who also does an incredible job. There was variety and everything was refilled so there were always hot, fresh choices along with standard breakfast items. There was always hot coffee and tea around the clock and the rooms were very clean. I hope they are able to get the pool heater working soon, because this is literally the only inconvenience throughout the entire stay, which was minor compared to all of the amenities and comforts this hotel offers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here when I'm in the area. Thank you to all of the staff and to Management. Fantastic job!!

May 15, 2025 · Amy Kathryn BurkeI had a great stay with points. My only wish is that breakfast started at 6am instead of 630. I had to leave for work at 615 to make it by 645. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not working and had not been working for over a year, other than that the TV in the room was a smart TV so I could watch Peacock movies or any other online movie platform via my own account which was actually a pretty cool option to cable. The front desk staff were very friendly helpful and an asset to the hotel. Great job Marriott team!
May 24, 2025 · AaronThis hotel may be older and may need to be updated. But for the price we were very satisfied. The customer service was great, polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean. The breakfast very very good. The gentleman and the lady the prepared breakfast went out of their way to help everyone. Definitely would stay there again.
May 07, 2025 · Betty ComerDO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! First of all, the hotel is so outdated and in dire need of renovations. Second of all, you are supposed to get housekeeping every 2 days. We stayed for 3 days, and no one cleaned our room at all! I even reminded the front desk on day 2 to make sure our room was cleaned while we went out for the day and they said they would make sure of it and, of course, we came back that night to the room not being cleaned. No clean towels, no new bedsheets or bed made - nothing! The rooms themselves are dirty and disgusting! The hotel is next to a very busy highway, so it is extremely noisy! There is construction EVERYWHERE in the vicinity and to get to the hotel you have to drive over a mile down the road and out od the way just to get to the hotel, which is on a frontage road and only accessible from one side of the road. The parking is limited. The bathroom floors flood when you take a shower because there is no shower door (at least not in our room), which becomes a serious safety issue. Things did not work in our room and we're broken and we specifically talked to the manager about getting them fixed and he guaranteed us a maintenance man would go up to our room and fix them. They were never fixed. The shower massage did not work. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely terrible and awful so it takes forever just to take a shower! The front desk staff are rude, too. When i asked them to email the manager because after we talked to him personally and thing still did not work, we never received a response. I also personally emailed the manager of the hotel twice about the lack of reasonable accommodations and I have never received a response. This hotel is terrible and if I could give it a 0, I absolutely would. IF YOU WANT A REASONABLE AND SAFE STAY, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Mar 29, 2025 · Rachelle BryantAVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! The manager refuses to answer emails or make your stay anything reasonable. I am very upset with the accommodations I received while staying at this location. I am an Elite Bonvoy member and this is the worst Marriott! I spoke directly with the manager about my displeasure with my accommodations in Room 413, which was SUPPOSED to be a whirlpool/spa room. I was amazed and extremely displeased to find out that, instead of being a "romantic" atmosphere, like other Marriott whirlpool rooms have, this room was the complete opposite. First of all, this is a "handicapped" room, of which I totally despise. There was no tub (other than the whirlpool tub, which is too deep and not appropriate for bathing an infant in); therefore, there was absolutely no place where I could even bathe my infant. If that was not bad enough, as I mentioned to the manager personally on Friday morning, when I spoke with you on 3/21, the "shower massage" portion of the shower does NOT work. Therefore, there was no way for me to even take any reasonable shower with my infant, either, as there was no way to get water to come out of the shower massage. Therefore, the only way to even give my infant a cleansing of any kind was to stand up with her in the shower and to attempt to keep her under the showerhead. This "shower" atmosphere was also ridiculous, as there was no shower door, and it was so slippery that it was almost impossible to hold my infant in my arms to attempt to give her a cleansing without absolutely falling over! If that was not bad enough, since there was no shower door, everytime you took a shower, water was EVERYWHERE and went all over the entire bathroom! There was nothing to keep it in the shower area and the "shower rugs" that are provided could not keep the water in the shower area and the bathroom totally flooded every time we even took a shower. If this is not bad enough, the water pressure is absolutely ridiculous and terrible at this location. Therefore, to even take a full shower and get off all the shampoo, soap, and cremerinse, takes well over half an hour. And even then, I did not feel that I could get all the creme rinse out of my hair. So this was extremely ridiculous and displeasing. When I spoke to the manager on Friday morning, he said he was going to send up a maintenance guy to fix the shower massage to get it working, and, if he did, it didn't do any good. It did not work throughout our entire stay, which was just ridiculous. I also mentioned to the manager that I got the whirlpool room for the romantic experience of having the whirlpool in the room and, one can certainly expect that all of the jets in the entire whirlpool to be working. I mentioned to the manager that only 4 of the 6 jets were working, as the two jets that were in the front of the whirlpool towards the door of the bathroom were not working and would not turn on. The manager said the maintenance guy would check this out and fix the jets that were not working. That never happened. So if the maintenance guy did go up there, he certainly did not fix the jets that were not working. If this was not bad enough, to get into and out of the whirlpool was absolutely ridiculous. The design is ridiculous and every time me or my husband got out of the whirlpool, we both got terrible and horrendous bruises on our legs because there is no easy way to get out of the whirlpool whatsoever. In addition to this, if that is not bad enough, the whirlpool itself is cracking, and you can see the cracks in it. These should be filled in and fixed, as well as the jets, before anyone else is allowed to use this room. This "whirlpool/spa" room is NOT appropriate and should be put out of service in the condition it is in. We should never have been allowed to stay in that room in the condition that it is in. When I spoke with the manager, he offered me absolutely nothing for the inconveniences of anything not working properly in the room. I emailed the manager after our stay was over and never received a response. No housekeeping in 3 days!!!
