OUR vehicle was broken into TWICE cause we stayed two nights & they stole my 300 dollars I had saved for this exact trip !!!! Ruined my whole trip … went to the front desk multiple times and told the lady about the situation with my money being stolen and the person that cleaned our room must’ve opened up some of my make up bags because they were open when I got back and I remember where I put everything I’m a freak about that !!! I DONT recommend this Hotel at all !!! I’ve stayed in many hotels in SA & NEVER ever had the issues I had there . The lady at the front desk acted like she could care less and just kept on staring at me. She had no words to say Just a blank stare !! I went out to our car at 5 o’clock in the morning and everything was thrown on the ground from our glove compartment. When we walked out to leave there was a big glass window busted out. I guess that was right next to our parking spot. I will never ever stay at this hotel again !! Literally cried all night long and could not sleep . WORST experience in my entire life !!! Will be calling SA local police department. Plus the whole room stunk & the pull out was Disgusting like it had stains in it. Good thing I had brought extra blankets because my daughter said she was so uncomfortable. I had to lay two of my blankets down for her to even be a little bit comfortable.. Every single window on the outside of this building is very very dirty like it is a very very old hotel. Also the back door It doesn’t even close . Like anyone can just walk in if they wanted to . I’m so disgusted & also not kid friendly. The windows literally slide open and a kid can fall right out or even a adult !!! Overall the trashiest & most dangerous place I’ve ever stayed in my life !! Thank you To the front desk lady for not helping me when I went up there multiple times during our three day stay !!!!

Publicly available information highlights its suite-style accommodations, complimentary breakfast, and amenities such as an outdoor pool and fitness center. It’s important for prospective guests to note that like any property, continuous maintenance and upkeep are factors that contribute to guest satisfaction, and recent reviews sometimes reflect areas where the property may be showing signs of wear or where amenities might not align perfectly with expectations set by online listings. For example, some guests have noted concerns about the cleanliness of certain areas or the condition of specific features like pull-out sofas or windows. Others have pointed out that an advertised hot tub was unavailable or being removed, suggesting it's always wise to directly verify critical amenities before booking.
However, it's also worth noting that the hotel offers the core services expected from a Best Western Plus, generally aiming to provide a comfortable base for travelers. While some past guests have shared very challenging experiences, including concerns about vehicle break-ins and perceived indifference from staff regarding these serious incidents, these reviews offer a snapshot of individual experiences and do not necessarily represent every stay. Best Western Plus properties generally strive for a positive guest experience, and direct communication with the hotel for current conditions and safety measures is always advisable for peace of mind. This article provides a balanced look at the information available, allowing you to weigh the various aspects before deciding if this San Antonio hotel is the right fit for your travel needs.

May 05, 2025 · Kayla CasselNice in the rooms, when I called to verify if they had a Jacuzzi and if it was working, well it wasn’t, big downfall and did have a bbq pit. We just went somewhere else to have a good time, clearly we did. Know your property and if don't know answer to a question don’t lie.
Jun 10, 2025 · N. HernandezCost us $430!!! We had a terrible experience at this hotel. During our stay, our car was broken into while parked in their lot. Despite claiming to offer secure parking, there were no cameras or security present, and the staff seemed indifferent when we reported the incident. We were left dealing with a broken window that costs over $400, with no support or follow-up from management. This completely ruined our trip. I would not recommend staying here if you care about the safety of your vehicle or your peace of mind.
May 05, 2025 · Irem UrgunThe room smelt like mothballs - awful. The AC did not come on and it was barely cool in there it seems like it was controlled and just blowing a fan. The sofa in the room was seriously GROSS. Stained and looked like it had been soiled with who knows. I called and asked the front desk for an additional pillow but was told I'd have to come get it myself. Of course I was in my pj's and in bed and so I did not go. Definitely would NOT stay here. It's like a Motel 6
Mar 04, 2025 · Sparta KomissarovaOnly giving 2 stars because of the very sweet kitchen staff, great breakfast, BUT the feeling of the place being unsafe was not worth the price plus there’s a ton of ants in the room and we got the “king jacuzzi suite”. Didn’t know the wildlife came with the room, so if you love bugs, you will probably take them in the car too because the diaper bag plus my makeup bag were hiding some “stowaways”. 👀
