May 24, 2025 · jay girlSpend more for WiFi and tv. Not worth it. He to use my laptop and hotspot just to watch a full movie. “No signal” on their cable several times during a movie? I’ll watch Netflix on my laptop. $6 a day for WiFi they say is free. Spend a bit more for a quality room. And is that blood on the carpet? Nasty. Find another place. I did.
Jun 10, 2025 · Terri “TDog” DeLateurClean and convenient. However, the furnishings show wear. The "breakfast" is a nutragrain bar, instant oatmeal packet, and packaged muffin with coffee and hot water for tea. Suited our needs well.
Mar 14, 2025 · Gwen Ciconeroom nice, kitchen not so much, staff pleasant. Kitchen: They advertise fully stocked, Not. You can “order” stuff delivered to your room. Not. You need to get it at the front desk and return the tote. And minimally, not fully, stocked. Toaster, 1 cup coffee maker, 2 each l plate and silverware set, dish drainer, colander. Cutting board. Black plastic utensils. One teflon fry pan, one teflon small pot, both too scratched to be food safe. Brand new pan available, not another pot in the entire hotel. So we bought one the next day. fridge has reversible hinges and should have been hung to open into kitchen not against the wall, this little detail speaks to the level of comfort for the motel in general. Stove is not level, just slightly off microwave not level because it has damage to a support leg, visibly not level. Able to fix it by putting paper under the damaged support. Glad we brought a real knife for food prep and our fav spatula. All that said, we booked another stay. The room is comfortable, nice bed, 2 chairs with backs for sitting at the table, Comfy towels. Free self parking. Reasonable location. When we went to reserve next stay at desk and the clerk wanted to add $20 “we cause we fill up”, no discount for return stay like they keep emailing us. 2nd trip couldn’t get a cutting board. Got an extra set of plates and bowls instead.
Jan 30, 2025 · Sandi EThis is the absolute worst place I've every stayed and that includes motels. The place is so dirty, if you wipe a paper towel on the floor it comes back black. The staff don't know their own policies and procedures. The staff appear to be whacked out on drugs, especially at night. "Guests" smoke cigarettes and pot in the hallways and stairwells. While I was there, an older man came to the side door everyday to smoke pot and blow it out the door while he coughed up his lungs and spit out the door onto the sidewalk. They also scam you when you check out. We left after the second meeting of undercover cops outside my window in the back lot. After we checked out they took pics of some dirt on our sheets from the bottom of a tote we used to carry our stuff and said we were smoking in the room. It was such a joke because the room smelled like cigarettes from the time we checked in and we did not smoke in the room at all. We stayed there with our 13 yr old daughter and do not smoke. It was just a way to collect $265 more from us. Again, this is the worst place I've ever stayed. Would not recommend. They scam you out of money and their corporate customer service is overseas and will do nothing for you because these individual hotels are like franchises or something. They are not connected. Response to response: Again, they are scammers. There was no smoking in that room. There is no proof of smoking in that room. It is simply a way for them to scam you out of more money. I know their prices are cheaper but you end up paying the same in the end. Go to the Residence Inn down the street. It's like night and day. All you need to do is read the rest of the reviews others have left and make a decision for yourself. I (stupidly) didn't do that until afterwards. Luckily, I didn't see any cockroaches!!
