I stayed at the Comfort In and it was the best decision that I made. The price was extremely affordable. The staff was spectacular especially, Kat, who works at the Front Desk. She was very friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions with a pleasant smile. I was very pleased with the room that I stayed in. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The beds were soft and comfortable. I slept really peacefully and enjoyed the available options on the television. I will definitely stay there again, and have informed my friends and family members. Also, I would love to take the time out to make a special request that, Kat, gets recognized with a recognition bonus for going "above and beyond" the call of duty to ensure that my stay and experience was very positive. If anything else is needed from me to ensure that, Kat, gets recognized, please let me know. Mike R.

May 31, 2025 · MIKE RICKMANMy wife, two of my three daughters, and I stayed here for 3 nights from 5/30-6/2.. and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. First off, as soon as we arrived that night, there was some "suspicious activity" going on out in the parking lot... so we hurried inside to get to our rooms. When we got to our room, the door key took SEVERAL swipes to finally unlock the door. (2 cards, both did the same throughout the entire stay) We try to connect to the WiFi only to find out that it's not working in the whole hotel currently. So you mean to tell me we're spending $200+ for 3 nights and one of the very reasons most people, including myself, stay at hotels isn't gonna work the whole weekend? And you're not gonna comp any of the patrons in any way with this going on? A couple of other shitty things: 1. One roll of toilet paper to start out with in the room (a double bed).. so I had to end up asking for me. 2. The air conditioner in the room was pretty awful. I was sweating under my sheets on and off throughout the night. 3. The breakfast room is super crowded. And the workers are all grabbing a bunch of food too, so some patrons miss out. I've stayed at many different hotels, a lot of them cheaper, that were FAR superior to this one.
Jun 10, 2025 · Adam CutterClose to where we were going each day. The room was cleaned but we had roaches in our room. Woke up to one in my bed. Breakfast was included but not much of a variety. Plenty of parking. The entire place smelled of weed. A non smoking place at that, so it should not smell. For me, it was not a great experience.
Apr 29, 2025 · Donna MorelandPlease check Google reviews before checking anywhere else, Where should I even start; Before we even got into the parking lot we were very confused on how to even get into the hotel. The one street that seemed to lead into the hotel was a do not enter. You have to drive into a liquor store parking lot to get into the hotels parking lot, seemingly no other way to get into the area, and if you miss the turn into the liquor store you have to drive 6-8 minutes on the highway to get back around. Once we got into the lobby, the front desk woman was immediately apprehensive and rude. We went to check in and she gave us the room key without any information. Genuinely didn't tell us anything about our stay and barely talked to us, and when she was she was very rude and was raising her voice at us. We had to clarify with her if we were all set to go into our room because we were confused as to if we had to do anything and she replied with a rude "obviously you're all set". Then the room. Oh my goodness. The second we got into the room, it smelled horrible. There where scratches, marks, and what I can only assume to be dried blood on the wall. The bathroom ceiling fan was FILLED with black mold and I saw not one, but three cockroaches in the short amount of time we were there for. The walls are incredibly thin, and me and my partner kept waking up In the night because we heard screaming throughout the halls at many different points in the night. When we ended up leaving the hotel in the morning, there where cops circling the parking lot. For a $78 a night room, please save your money and go somewhere else. Very displeased.
Apr 30, 2025 · TDDONT BOOK FOR THIS HOTEL I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to warn others about this place. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the entrance. There were slippery floor signs scattered everywhere, like they just mop constantly but it never helps. To top it off, there were homeless people hanging around outside the entrance, making the whole area feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Once inside, things didn’t get any better. The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming like I was bothering him by just checking in. When I finally got to my room, it smelled awful like a mix of mildew and who knows what else. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made it unbearable to stay in the room for long. This place might look cheap online, but trust me, it’s cheap for a reason. Don’t fall for the low price it’s not worth it. I wish I had read a review like this before booking. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
