Been here twice. The breakfast doesn’t matter to me because you have the option to make it yourself and also room service is not provided but glad we are able to ask for clean towels as needed. I bring my own things so I didn’t have to do too much. Location was convenient coming from Staten Island so traveling back to work wasn’t as much as a hassle. Also very quiet and my stays have been great and I made the best out of it. Would definitely come back again for a 3rd time.

May 13, 2025 · Andrea JamisonWorst experience. There is no proper breakfast at this place except for few muffins. Coffee closes before 8 AM ( while the board tells free breakfast until 9:30 AM) & the management tells the same with no remorse. Rooms smell like cigarettes.Shower does not work well and takes longer for the hot water to come. There is no coffee maker in the room.Phone at the room is not working. And the cook top is also not working.. At this point I am questioning my stay at this hotel..
Apr 08, 2025 · Anagha XoxoTerrible. From the non existent breakfast to the hallway that reeked of vomit and pee. I unfortunately had the chance to stay here last night and i wouldn’t again. I had some guy screaming at his wife and child for existing basically. It constantly smelled no matter where you were. The beds however were super comfy and the staff seemed very respectful and kind. Overall, jump across the street to the Sheraton or Hilton for a little extra and sleep with some peace of mind.
Apr 14, 2025 · Peter SalvisWhile the staff at the hotel was mostly friendly and accommodating, I also saw that the management encouraged cost savings over the customer experience. No daily room service, a 'grab and go' breakfast bar that quickly ran out of even the basics without being replenished, having to ask for dishes for the kitchen, and not even a coffee maker in the room are examples of how cost cutting seemed to override client satisfaction. Wanting to run a hotel efficiently is one thing. This was being downright cheap.
Jan 23, 2025 · Mike GowOutside looked nice. Inside was smelly, dark, and depressing. Peeling paint on all the cabinets. No supplies in the kitchen. No carpet in the rooms, so lots of noise from above. Breakfast area was messy and poorly stocked.
