This is interstate is very unprofessional unorganized. I Harassed by the general manager, Mike, and now the new general manager Also has started harassing me because of my complaints of waking up to Police every morning on two occasions dead bodies Were found in the rooms in my eight month stay here, then on top of that, I woke up to the police Surround the entire building at 2:30 in the morning because of four Missing women Was found here on the third floor in four different rooms by four different strangers being in traffic. Next night when I arrived here for work, I will stop by Teresa at the front desk explaining to me to be careful because I’m on a third floor and that’s where all the young teenager girls was found by the police from being trafficking and missing for months. So again I reached out to Corporate to file my complaints on my safety because I Also was staying on 3rd floor with my son and my daughter so I was placing concerns to make sure that we was OK. At the make place and concern about that that’s where Mike the general manager called me one early morning at work and told me Corporate wants me to leave. I asked why he had no answer. She began to say his new management now and Corporate once you’re gone.Due to me placing my concerns, I tried to make my weekly payment and I was rejected because I was told that Corporate wanted me to leave with no reason no explanation then I will serve eviction papers due to nonpayment when there was absolutely not true, they were refusing to take my payment. Every time I try to pay they tell me that they cannot take my payment and I had to talk to Mike and I know it was because of my complaints to corporate. After court, the judge rules to my favor that it was against the law to not accept anyone’s payment for no reason at all so they threw the case out, and my payment started out freshly now we going back to court 2 weeks later because once again, Corporate says they not honoring what the judge said so now they making me pay a total of $2500.00 when I say this has been the most embarrassing situation I have ever went through at an extended stay. I have been harassed disrespected, lived with roaches no Ac in my room no clean line is provided because I’ve been here long term and only the guest. Who’s here for a short term can get clean line. I have also made these complaints to Corporate no changes so now I will be returning back to court with my lawyer to file my own lawsuit against this particular location. So my advice to you is never ever ever bring your family here to stay. It is not safe. It is not clean. You will get harassed. If you make complaints about anything that they don’t agree with the employees are also strange that’s the best word I can use. So yes, this was the worst place I have ever paid 2000 a month. I stayed from November 2024 to June 2025, so yes, you add that up. Anyone that’s paying that kind of money to stay in a extended stay should be treated way better than how my family and I was treated. No excuses no explanation. my kids leave out for school crackhead laying out in front of our door. I’ll get up leave out for work crackhead out on the back steps laid out urine poop trash The horrible smell everything just on the back steps. I’m talking about so disgusting and the fact that I’m not from Arizona I know nothing about this place was even harder for me And to be treated like this for no reason at all I mean none was so humiliating for my family and I. so don’t ever file a complaint with Corporate if you don’t want to become a target.

For this reason, while the type of accommodation is suitable for extended needs, potential local guests are strongly advised to investigate the most current conditions and guest feedback for this specific property. It would be prudent to contact the hotel directly with any concerns, especially if traveling with family, to ensure it meets your expectations for a safe and comfortable long-term stay. The value proposition of an extended stay hotel is undeniable when executed well, and for locals, the ability to maintain a sense of normalcy during a temporary relocation or extended visit is invaluable.

Jun 18, 2025 · Ashley stokesFirst I'll start with the room. The couch that turns into a bed the mattress was absolutely disgusting and needs to be changed. The air conditioner did not work properly. The check in person was extremely rude and not helpful. The doors all look like they had been punched. The wall where the door opens was was caved in no door stoppers for prevention. The shower did not work correctly when you changed from bath to shower it did not fully switch which caused low pressure showers. They claimed to have breakfast which they did not. They had coffee out but no cups. Horrible experience would never recommend.
Jun 10, 2025 · Allen RichardsonFilthy and Unsafe — Please Check Other Reviews Before Booking I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel — please read other reviews before making a reservation. From the moment I arrived, the parking lot felt sketchy. Several people were lingering in their cars for no clear reason, and others stood around by the front entrance, looking as if they were acting as lookouts. The lobby reeked of marijuana, and the elevator was filthy, covered with smudges and grime along the walls and doors. The condition of the hallways was just as bad: the doors were beaten, marred, and looked like they'd been through some serious abuse. My room was bare-bones and dirty. The shower head didn’t function properly — water sprayed down the wall onto the bathroom floor. The carpet was heavily stained and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Throughout the night, people hung around the parking lot. In the morning, they were still there, openly smoking what appeared to be drugs based on their behavior (deep inhales and long exhales in groups of two or three). The staff was indifferent — not friendly, but not overtly rude either. Very businesslike, with no sense of hospitality. When I checked out in the morning, two guys were standing right outside the lobby door, casually smoking a joint. I would never feel safe bringing my family here. Fortunately, I was alone on business travel. However, the entire atmosphere of this "hotel" felt more like a halfway house or worse. After reading other reviews and seeing management’s cookie-cutter responses, it’s clear that no real improvements are being made. I am thoroughly disappointed in this hotel and will be much more cautious when booking in the future. Save yourself the trouble — stay somewhere else.
Apr 28, 2025 · David RSo when you pull up and approach the front door, there is a parking spot reserved for Law Enforcement. That should tell you everything you need to know. Neither handicap door push bottom worked, the staff were less than friendly, musty rotting smell in the hallway, the elevator was not cleaned the whole time we were there, no paper towels, napkins, plates, or silverware in the room. No coffee maker either. The paper they give you upon check in says that if you call and ask for a coffee pot that they will give you one. So I called to ask for one and they said they no longer give out coffee pots. The shower is little more than a mist. It's not even enough to wash your hair and barely enough to wash you body. The air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool the room. The window only opens a half inch due to a metal piece being screwed in to the window sill to prevent the window from opening. The doors have cracks. The refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher were all filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in some time. The outlets by the phone, sink, and refrigerator did not work. The TV channels suck. The pool had nasty plastic bags floating in it and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The laundry room did not have the vents attached to the dryer. No fire hazard there, right?? I'm stunned the health inspector hasn't come in and said something to the owner. This place is filthy disgusting. I can't imagine it is up to code. I considered calling the health inspector upon checkout. Gross. Never staying there again.
Apr 25, 2025 · Michelle MaggsStaff and other customers were friendly and helpful. The staff worked hard to insure our requests were met - and if they could not be met right away, they told us that and told us when we could expect a positive resolution. It's Phoenix, so it's hot, but the a/c worked great and the rooms were quiet.
