Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The rooms are renovated, impeccable, and clean. Better than some 4-star hotels in my opinion. The common areas are still under renovation, but did not bother me much. Kendall at the front desk has been phenomenal with her service and hospitality. Breakfast is decent. Nothing over the top, but has all the essentials such as scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, bagel, pastry, fruit, etc. Their banana nut muffin is so moist and delicious. Would love to revisit again. My friends and I were extremely happy with our stay. 馃槉 Parking is complimentary here, whereas downtown hotels charge $40 per night.

This address places it squarely in the vibrant Midtown Phoenix area, a hub that perfectly balances business, culture, and accessibility. For Arizona locals, this location is exceptionally convenient for numerous reasons.
Being on Central Avenue means direct access to the Valley Metro Light Rail, with a station often within walking distance (around 0.3 miles). This is a huge advantage for navigating Phoenix without a car, allowing easy trips to downtown attractions like the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field (home of the Arizona Diamondbacks), and the Footprint Center (home of the Phoenix Suns). It also provides a seamless connection to the lively Mill Avenue in Tempe, home to Arizona State University.
The hotel's location also places it near significant cultural institutions such as the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, and Arizona Opera, making it a great base for those looking to immerse themselves in the city's arts scene. For business travelers, the proximity to various corporate offices and financial institutions in Midtown's financial district is invaluable. Furthermore, for healthcare professionals or those visiting loved ones, Dignity Health and St. Joseph's Hospital are nearby.
While Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 7-8 miles away, the hotel offers a complimentary local shuttle service within a 5-mile radius, which can often include airport transfers (though it's best to confirm this directly for current services). This accessibility, combined with the often-praised complimentary parking, sets it apart from many downtown hotels that charge substantial fees for parking, making it a more economical and stress-free choice for locals driving in.

May 26, 2025 路 Sunyoung YeomMy stay at the Hilton was a vacation away from home. Kendal D. The front desk clerk was exceptional during my stay. She made sure that I received all my accommodations (ex: toiletries and extra towels), and the perfect room (ex: king room). Also, she was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable when providing the instructions on how to locate the room (West Tower). I appreciate exquisite fast service that she had given during my stay. The Next Day at Breakfast, Crystal, the dining area host and cook was amazing as well. The food, service, and cleanliness was excellent! Even though, some of the West Tower and Pool area was under renovations, I still give this hotel an overall five stars & refer it to anyone visiting the Phoenix (Midtown) area.
May 18, 2025 路 NativeHolisticLLCService was awful and they were remodeling the lobby and rooms while we were staying there. They didn't show that on their site. We also lost our parking ticket after they validated it. I tried to get them to give us a code or something but they didn't have anything so we needed to pay $15 just to get our car out. Yea it's our fault for losing the slip but still, no back up measures? Rooms were mid at best. Def recommend going somewhere else.
May 04, 2025 路 Justin YowellThis hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. There's no lobby, no pool or hot tub, no restaurant or place to lounge or meet up with others. It is a place to sleep. Upon check in, I was given a key card to a room that was already occupied and had to go down to the desk and get another room. The room we got was an adjoining one and the family in there was very loud and had crying toddlers, yelling mommy. Not fun. The third party website I used to make the reservation didn't indicate that the hotel is in a renovation. If so, I wouldn't have chosen this one for sure. If relaxing by the pool or other amenities is a plus for you, go somewhere else. Also, parking is off-site and you'll need a validation ticket for every time you leave/return.
May 03, 2025 路 Dawn AndersonGreat location but because I booked through Expedia, I had no knowledge that the hotel was under renovations. Ice machine on my floor was not working and the front desk said it was due to the power being out due to renovations. Had to go to the floor above or below mine to get ice. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The air condition was on for almost 2 hours and the room didn't seem to be cooling. The front desk did send maintenance while we were away. The pool was dirty, no water in the hot tub. The vending machine took my money and front desk said Id need to contact the vendor for a refund. I asked front desk if a manager could contact me, 48 hours later, still haven't heard from anyone. The front desk staff was very nice and provided us with free water since we couldn't get any from the vending machine. Not even one bottle of water in the hotel room.
