The owner, Hawa, is very sweet and kind. She goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable! I haven’t had any trouble here except a smoke detector that they came in to fix early on. The area is very quiet. It’s next to Seneca State Park which is off Clopper Rd. The only thing close enough to walk to is 7 Eleven and apparently the liquor store as I’ve been told by guests, but I can’t walk that far. They have basically little studio rooms with a kitchen, bath, and queen size beds. TV has local cable and Showtime. The water is hot and I mean HOT! They have AC and heat. The maids come by once a week or once every two weeks and are very nice. I’ve been happy with how the maid Delmy cleans. They have been very accommodating since I am heavily disabled. If you know any Spanish it helps to communicate. But it’s not required. They have a refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, and toasters. Just ask the front desk! There is a bunch of places to go but I need a car as a disabled person. Starbucks, a few restaurants like the California Tortilla, Sushi, and even a nail place are up the road and if I could walk like I used to I would walk. This place allows cats (and dogs) which is why I wanted to stay here. They do charge for them. I’m not sure if they allow you to bypass that by presenting ESA documentation. They have granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, teas and coffee for a grab and go breakfast. There is a laundry facility in the hotel where you can wash your clothes at any time. It’s like $3 per wash/dry. They even have an app for it where you can earn rewards! Front desk is always helpful and they genuinely seem to care about their guests. I have enjoyed my stay here since October 2024, unlike the last hotel I stayed in.

Feb 18, 2025 · Anita KellyAwful experience! Reserved an ADA room. Arrived to learn they overbooked and no ADA room was avaliable & they overbooked. Was given a room that smelled of smoke, the fridge didn't work, no ice machine on site and then the vending machine malfunction with my $3 bottle of coke stuck in side. The front desk staff said to speak to a mansger upon check out, since there was nothing he could do. I was not able to probably bath for 2 days, due to not being able to access a shower. Upon check out I asked for the manager and the assistant manger said I can talk to her, I explained my concerns and all she kept repeating was sorry for your inconvenience but you choose to stay. I asked about the refund for the vending machine & was told take it up with the vending company but was told prior to take it up with management. When I asked the assistant manager for the number for corporate she told me to google it myself. My niece had to change rooms 3 times due to no hot water in one & cleanliness of the others.
