When I checked in last evening (06/14/25), the young woman at the front desk was so professional and she received me with happiness. Room 206 was mine. The next day (today) when I was checking out, the lady sitting up front was not professional or welcoming. When I rode both elevators, they were shaking a bit and I deceived to look at the certificates. I realized then they were expired back on November 17, 2024. I came down nicely to talk to her by saying, I need to help you, and she automatically replied “ I don’t help with anything.” I thought at first she was joking but she kept repeating it. I told her, I’ll say it anyway, then I mentored it and walked out. I did tell her that I knew the person in charge, that’s why I wanted to help instead of the hotel being fined. Well, since this is the case, I will have to report it to the State because of her, so people can be and feel safe. I did take a picture of the certificate which I will not post here, but I’ll send to the person in charge on Monday. People like her, should not be at the front desk to talk to customers.

Jun 15, 2025 · Henrisch BataI want to preface this email by saying the front desk staff has been extremely helpful throughout my family and I stay. However, I have a few issues with staying here and I think it is important that you guys address it. When we checked in, we had to wait 15 mins since no one was at the front desk. There was a line of people trying to get placed in their rooms. Checking in online did not expedite the process, in fact it was useless because it only checked in 1 out of 2 rooms. Next the rooms, 1 of the 2 rooms were "cleaned". I use the term cleaned loosely here because its subjectively clean. There were debris on both rooms carpets and the bathrooms as a whole aren't as clean as they should be. Specifically, Room 219 had a stale musty odor and the couch looked filthy. When I inquired about a spray for the room to freshen it, house keeping told me to ask the front desk and the front desk said there was none in the building. The front desk moved us from room 219 due to the state of the room. In both the rooms, there were not enough towels to accommodate the number of guest staying in the room. Furthermore, when I inquired about extra towels, I was informed there were not any extra towels. Which is pretty ridiculous given that there was advance notice of how many people were staying in each room. Room 219 also had a bug in it. When I inquired about a bug spray to kill it, there was none on site. Also kinda ridiculous given the size of this hotel, the rooms should had a fumigation treatment. Let's talk about the lack of toilet paper in each room. No matter what room we were in there was just not enough toilet paper. This was akin to during covid times when there was a toilet paper shortage. I don't know how much dissatisfaction can be express in regards to the the lack theirof toilet paper. Finally, extra sheets. I inquire about getting extra sheets and I was told there was none available. How is that even possible that there are no sheets. I took the liberty to attach the the threadbare sheets. I want you all to do better and this is totally unfortunate and unacceptable that this hotel is ran in such an inefficient manner. Just the barest of basic things customer should have but they are lacking for whatever reason. I've stayed at other Ramadas and never felt like I need to sanitize my body upon departure.
May 25, 2025 · Janina BrowneI checked into the hotel at 11:00 PM. Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that it was in an unsatisfactory condition, and the refrigerator not functioning. I proceeded to the desk, where I was informed that my room would be changed. However, my new room was also in an unsatisfactory condition, as the shower was not working. The bed comforters had stains. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of quality and comfort provided during my stay and still waiting on a response from the general manager. The front desk employee was trying to be helpful.
May 28, 2025 · Jessica GarciaNot sure why this location is listed as 3.5 star rating!! It’s a filthy disgusting mess!! I read the reviews and sometimes they are exaggerated….but NO they definitely are not!!! I was thoroughly disappointed and saddened that for the amount for a night which we paid 148.00 and to see the conditions of this room!!!! Bedding linen was very stained….asked front desk (Judy) for new linen and was told there was no housekeeping available nor was there a key to get us clean linen! I tried to show my video to her and she already knew and didn’t even wanna see the pics or video. They didn’t even have another room available to switch with so she issued us a refund. Management has to do better! There are too many customers saying the exact same thing and still nothing has been done. Needless to say…PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE….its very dirty!!
May 15, 2025 · A WilliamsTwo night stay in May at $95 a night on Expedia. Dirty. Gray tub, dirt in corners, hair, food crumbs on carpet, gray stained pillow cases, bottom sheet not clean with hair and pilling so I had to sleep on top as I arrived too late to complain (no staff at front desk). Next morning I reply texted to the automated welcome message asking for sheets to be changed and they were but carpet not vacuumed and room remained dirty. Vomit outside elevator on second floor remained there for a full day. I’ve stayed at this hotel previously with no complaints but won’t again.
