The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is welcoming and spacious. Breakfast is good with some vegan options. Access could be better. Multiple doors would not allow entry with a room key that otherwise should allow access (multiple side doors leading to lobby). The door on the left side of the building near the dumpsters is exit only and does not have keycard access and would really benefit from having it— for guests AND staff. The long hallway to the front desk and front door is cumbersome when you are further down on that wing, but you can’t get back in. This was made more irritating with only one working elevator and a full hotel. It would take several minutes to be able to get to your floor. Ability to easily access the stairway would have been very helpful. Additionally, I was very perturbed that my key card stopped working at 11am, while check out was scheduled for 12pm. I went downstairs to the front desk two separate times and received two additional non-working cards. Housekeeping was not able to assist. I called the front desk for assistance and was let in the room with a master key. This caused a delay in our checking out on time as we waited no less than 20 minutes to get back into our room. Housekeeping knocked on our door as we rushed to leave which was disruptive given our obvious known delay. Front desk could easily have said, “hey, room 321 is going to be a bit late out the door due to no fault of their own.” Other minor gripe is housekeeping in the elevator with large rolling bins and blocking the entrance. I don’t expect them to not use the elevator, but consideration in moving over so the bin isn’t blocking 3/4 of the entrance would be appreciated.

May 12, 2025 · Ashley JI travel every week and have stayed here three nights this week . The location is awesome! The gym is great and they have a hot tub. The missing 2 stars are for these items . The bed I horrible and I have had horrible back pain this trip. I’m traveling with a co worker and they are having the same experience. No smart TV, and the channels are very limited . My co worker was been here 2 weeks and one of the elevators is broken and the main ice machine is not working . No one stays at the desk , my key stopped working and it took me 30 min. To get it resolved. The number on the Hilton app is wrong . I finally went to the other side of the hotel and that concierge came over to fix my key. A sign would have been nice to tell people to go to the other hotel for help. When I told her about phone number doesn’t work, she said we know . That didn’t help me , and after a long day I didn’t appreciate waiting that long . Also, no Hilton honor bags and given the Hilton honor perk of a late check out. Next week , I will stay somewhere else.

Since I saw previous comments about renovation I called ahead and was told it's over, which was not the case. In the future hope to have visit again ND have better experience
Apr 06, 2025 · Marina RapoportWe are new in town and stayed here for the week to get a break from our 1.5hr commute. The location was perfect for what we needed. I’ll honestly say it’s certainly not the best Hilton property I’ve been too and probably not the worst. All the staff we encountered were pleasant which is a plus and fortunately they were able to accommodate our early check in request. We stayed on the Homewood suites side because we wanted the full size fridge in the kitchenette. You can tell the rooms are older renovated rooms. I expected the living room area to be larger than what it was. By the time you pull out the sofa bed there’s no room left to maneuver around. It just shy of touching the tv stand. The lobby is open but the tables can use a wipe down and some of the seats are torn on the booth area. My biggest qualm has to be the 2 tiny trash cans provided in suite. Room service is every other day unless requested. I found myself requesting room service just to be able to get trash service. I would thing in a suite style room we could stand to get at least 1 standard sized trash can. But no, its a tiny trash can in a suite that is said to sleep 4 people. I probably wouldn't stay here again if I had other choices but if its budget friendly, i would recommend it.
Jan 29, 2025 · S TurnerI chose this hotel from reading the good reviews and I’m so glad I did. We were driving from Morgantown WV and attending a Wizards/Cavs game in DC. It took us about 45-50 mins to get to downtown DC from the hotel but this was at rush hour, on our way back only took 30-35 mins. The staff were wonderful every day especially at breakfast the ladies there were awesome and would grab our plates whenever we would finish! The breakfast was great as well each day with something new every day. The pool and hot tub was good as well and they even had somebody there lifeguarding, although it could be a little confusing finding the pool since it was in the basement and you had to go through some doors as well. We got the king size bed room and it was very big plenty of room and spacious for my wife and I and the kids! So if you’ve on the fence on picking a hotel outside DC this is the hotel you want to stay in!
