This hotel deserves 10 stars. Cleanliness: I asked how old the hotel was because our room smelled and looked brand new. It’s 10 years old. Everything is SPOTLESS. If you come here, tip the housekeeper. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Sleep: we’re on a road trip, mostly camping, and I’m a very light sleeper (could win the Guinness record). I slept for the first time in over a week both nights I was here. Beds clean and comfy, just a fresh smell, no laundry chemical smell. Bedding comfy, mattresses comfy… even the pillows - down and squashable - worked with my earplugs so that I didn’t need to use my own camping pillow. The air conditioner is a normal hotel wall unit but controlled by a thermostat for perfect temp control and was extremely quiet. No rattling and I couldn’t hear it turn off and on. Rooms are well insulated and I heard nothing with my earplugs in. No obnoxious lights in the room. Not even an alarm clock. Only light was a red led from the TV (which has a little cable and also Internet sign in options). Eco-consciousness: WOW!!! They have real plates, glasses, and silverware, organic and cage free foods, a recycle bin in the room (?!!!!), no bags in the garbage cans, and even a recycled material shower curtain. Their coffee is rainforest alliance. Their food is actually on the healthier side. Fridge is on the cold side. Lightly froze the outside of our water in our water bottles which I liked, but I wouldn’t put lettuce in there. Could just be our room (220). Even the people staying here are a good vibe. Oh and the view out our window (facing the back) is a grassy hillside. No indication that we are in a city and right next to an interstate. Literally the best simple double Queen room hotel I have ever stayed at. Now my bar is set waaay too high!

Jun 21, 2025 · Veronica ShuklaThe one star rating for an otherwise lovely hotel is because they added a $7 parking fee. No special parking, just jacking up their guests by adding the “additional charge”. This is not New York City, just a little exit hotel among the 3 located on the exit. Pick one of the others, they don’t take advantage of their guests…I checked after I was told by front desk staff that “all of the hotels in the area charge the fee.” Fair warning.
May 25, 2025 · Rhonda TorenThe BAD: No waffle maker for breakfast. Pastries are all prepackaged. They charge $7 for PARKING! The GOOD: clean. HVAC has a blower on/off switch that always works. Verdict: I'll go back to the local Hampton Inn. No hidden parking fees, better breakfast.
May 31, 2025 · Ingo DeanOur family travelling back from TN, stayed on the way. Location was perfect right off highway, breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Apr 20, 2025 · pankaj kumarIf I could give even less I would. I have stayed here a few times with no issues while apartment was being worked on. I booked two rooms one with points. Upon arrival to check in. I suddenly have an issue with checking in because I'm local. A recent policy change. The front desk did not care and said it was the owner. Customer service is extremely sub par for a marriott.
