Stay was quick, so we didn't check out many amenities... Tracy at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. Authentic, kind, personable. True hospitality. Nice little breakfast, room did the trick. Jul 19, 2025 · William HaskinI definitely recommend this hotel. The lady who served us yesterday was very kind. I think her name is Michell, if I'm not mistaken. The room was super clean, and the bed made me feel right at home. I slept well and rested very well. This morning they served a delicious breakfast. The area was very pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly.
Jun 24, 2025 · Roseana JavierI had a great stay at this hotel! It’s located in a quiet, secluded area away from the highway, so there was no traffic noise, and I couldn’t hear anything from the nearby rooms — very peaceful. Alexa from the housekeeping team went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations with her service! There were a couple of small downsides: the blackout curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, which let in some light, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Still, overall, I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax.
May 29, 2025 · BobbyAlthough this isn't a 4 star hotel it feels like one, the rooms are renovated so they look pretty nice, although there is still carpet they appear pretty clean. Tracy was very polite, accomodating, and helpful, I felt more like a houseguest because of the hospitality. Jose was also very nice, accomodating and helpful. They were the best hotel clerks I encountered in a very long time and I travel very frequently. I would stay here again over some of the luxury hotels. Thanks!
Jun 01, 2025 · Mrs. Adams AdamsI am a loyal, frequent Marriott customer that never feels the need to comment on rooms/hotels but unfortunately I need to for this location. The hotel staff is rude and is always sitting down in the corner. I walked in and said hello to three hotel workers and they just looked at me. The rooms have NO light making it hard to see! I thought this was supposed to be a new hotel but my comforter had black marks on it. The breakfast is just like every other Fairfield but coffee was actually awful. Again, I stay at Marriotts every week and see it all, but this was disappointing.
