The room was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was outstanding! I loved the made to order omelets along with the buffet options. It's a couple of blocks away from the capitol, eateries, and shops. Parking garage nearby doesn't allow for an all day pass, so if you leave the clock starts up again, but it is located directly across the street, so that was convenient. The staff were super friendly. They texted multiple times during our stay to check in and make sure we were comfortable. You need your key to use the elevators, so it adds a layer of security

Jul 03, 2025 · Vicky HopperOutstanding hotel. If these prices hold (and these aren't just introductory rates while the hotel is new), this will become our new downtown staple. Rooms were fantastic (other than typical bad hotel pillows). Complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had. Omlet chef!!! Happy hour each night with 2 free drinks per room. Perfect location, just off the square. I suggest parking in garage across the street if you don't need in-and-out. Weekends are $16 overnight as opposed to $40 hotel valet.
Jun 18, 2025 · Kevin ClineAn amazing Embassy Suites that will not leave you disappointed. A beautiful contemporary modern look and design within the entire hotel. A really inviting lobby with plush seating. As a fan of astrophysics, I took note of this awesome copy of Carl Sagan's, Cosmos. Upon our arrival I was warmly greeted by front desk, Vidushi. She quickly provided us the room and directions and suggestions of places to eat. The rooms are amazing with comfortable beds providing for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the blinds of the room. These blinds were amazing as even in the early morning hours I still believed it was night. Often blinds become overlooked but they're so essential for blocking the light providing for a well-rested sleep. At breakfast I noticed all staff members helping clean the tables and preparing for the next patrons use. It was all hands on deck. Even the manager, Michael, was observed to be helping patrons and staff members cleaning the breakfast area. The breakfast is delicious as you would expect at any Embassy Suites. It's hard to single out any employee in this area as they all were working together. All should be given recognition. Moreover, I enjoyed and noticed the availability of coffee mugs as opposed to paper cups, which to me is a very nice touch. I also enjoyed the evening reception. I like how they offered board games to enjoy with your party and, when coupled with drinks, makes for a fun afternoon. The offer of a nice small convenience store or you can purchase snacks and other amenities you may have forgot to pack up on your trip. You can even buy a few souvenirs of Madison. Parking can be done via valet or self parking lot right across the street. I thoroughly appreciate the valley explaining the parking options to us as we arrived. Kudos to him. Overall, this is an Embassy Suites worth recognizing and visiting when touring Madison.
Jul 30, 2025 · W O'BrienWe had a nice stay for what I would call a great value for what we paid. We had a 2 room suite with 2 king beds. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The living room area made for a nice space if you wanted some personal space to yourself. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in good walking distance to different dinner options.
Jun 12, 2025 · Jessica GWe came to this hotel directly from a horrendous stay at the Embassy Suites Magnificent Mile in Chicago and had lost our faith in the Embassy brand…well the faith is back!! This place is OUTSTANDING. Just a block from the capitol building and an easy walk to so many great eateries, parks and a very cool community civic center. The staff was outstanding and it seemed like the hotel had just opened that week (in the pristine way). Madison is an amazing place and the hotel is spectacular. (Bring your own pillows if you can…the pillows are really bad).
