We recently stayed at this hotel during our Nashville visit. While we found the room clean and comfortable and the daily breakfast well stocked and plentiful (the woman in charge of breakfasts was very good and caring) there were noticeable issues caused by a large weekend party of youth baseball players. As a result, the common areas including the eating area, elevators, hallways and bathrooms became noticeably messy and unkempt. Unfortunately the clean up was not sufficiently addressed. Obviously, this particular matter greatly influenced are rating score.

May 29, 2025 · Robert PetersonI booked at this hotel for the weekend to enjoy some alone time with my husband. It was the worst experience I've had in a long time at a hotel. Between the shower being unclean with visible blood droplets (1st night), and an army of ants on the walls (2nd night), etc. I must say I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location. The staff attempted to assist by offering disinfect/cleaning supplies for "US" to clean the bathroom since housekeeping was gone for the day and on the second night of our stay they were able to send up someone to kill the ants trying to room with us. Ugh! I will say that the manager, Drew, offered to refund us our money but could not because we booked through Expedia.com and not directly through the hotel. So he offered us snacks to go to rectify the situation. We were very disappointed in our stay and finally elected to check out of the hotel. Regretfully, our $436.00 was not well spent this past weekend and to date no one has called to resolve our issues. If you're visiting Nashville - please find another hotel to stay at. I would hate for your to have a similar experience. - Disappointed customer.
Mar 24, 2025 · Brandee DavisCarla’s customer service & hospitality was unmatched. If it looked like I needed something, she asked, every time! When I tell you she made sure the floor/elevator was dry from children leaving the pool… it’s those details that truly make a visit. The shuttle system needs help. The drivers were fantastic! The system itself self is unorganized
May 25, 2025 · Melanie HillLocation was great as it allowed us to jump right on the highway to get where we needed to go. Now for handicap accessible, their "security" parks in handicap parking spots when the parking lot is full and does not move for guest who are handicap with a tag. She just tells you to look for a spot somewhere else as she parks in that spot every night. Hallways on the 4th floor was a little warm but manageable once you get into your right. Don't understand why parking was 10 dollars.
Apr 07, 2025 · K. TaylorA group of 7 ladies just stayed here. We had a rooms. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Drew checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay to help us with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
