I stayed here for 3 days with a two other people. We enjoyed the closeness to the city, and the amenities provided by the hotel. Nikita (guest services) was extremely helpful with setting us up in a room, and gave us a lot of information on our stay in Nashville. Omar (security) was very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. The maintenance team was always willing to provide any necessities with kindness. A lovely breakfast was provided every morning, and that made waking up after late nights a lot easier. 10/10

May 27, 2025 · Etain TomHad a very enjoyable stay for very good value! I really liked how they offered shuttle rides both to and from downtown for free, and the complimentary breakfast very early at 0630 is nice, too (good coffee, waffles, and yogurt...eggs, not so much). Cons: bathroom isn't too large, the decor and smell can be a little off-putting, but this is me nitpicking. The good most certainly outweighed the bad. It's not the most upscale or lavish place by any means, but if you prioritize saving and view a hotel as a primary means of storage and resting, this will take care of exactly that!
May 11, 2025 · Anuj SinghMy family and I booked this hotel while attending a wedding in town. We weren’t very familiar with the area, but we felt safe as soon as we arrived at night. I really appreciated the professional security presence on the property. We saw one security officer patrolling the parking lot and another who greeted us inside the hotel. Safety is a top priority for my family, so this made a big difference to us. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
May 24, 2025 · Reginald Marshall JrThe rooms were clean and comfortable, and the customer service was very accommodating. I also appreciated the convenience of the snacks available in the lobby area. One aspect that really stood out was the sense of safety. The onsite security team was consistently visible at night—I saw them patrolling every time I stepped outside to grab things from my car at night. That presence was reassuring. Great hotel!
Jun 02, 2025 · TainaThis was a 10 out of 10! Beware with third party you will have a $22 fee when you get here. Well worth it though. The bed was comfy. Lots of history to the hotel. Has a pool that was wonderful. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast but this is an option and has a restaurant too.
