Location is convenient close to just about everything. Rooms are quiet. A bit outdated with little decor. The service is good they were polite and explained any questions I had. Over all ages good value. They give you Noah's ark tickets day of check in and out. The pool areas are nice they have 3 different ones a small Waterpark indoor for small kids and another area for all ages with two hot tubs that are actually hot, three big slides and one small warm pool. One pool outside with slides as well. We loved the options of different pool areas and they were not over crowded like some in the area. The only down side our room 225 had bed bugs on the bed close to the door. My son got bitten up. Just from that probably won't be back. But you can get them anywhere 🤷♀️ Take some bed bugs spray or powder with you if staying here just in case.

Jul 02, 2025 · Anya MorenoI would give this place 5 stars if the beds were comfortable and the gal working the evening reception wasn't so rude. The beds were so hard and they did not offer a new bed or a mattress topper. The evening gal let out a big sigh when I asked about an extra comforter or 2 to help like I was interrupting her personal time by asking. I was given 1 thin old comforter to try and give it some cushion. I asked her, "is that a problem?" She stated "we get a lot of complaints for the beds, we have to keep them hard because so many people stay here and we would have to buy new mattresses all the time if they were soft and comfortable". I'm very unhappy with this. I stayed for an entire week and that ruined my stay. I can't believe the staff would say that to someone who just paid over 2000 to stay, let alone have the right to complain to me for me asking a simple question. I'm still suffering from back pain as of now. On the other hand, my kids really had a great time and the pools were perfect for them! The view was great and the maids were WONDERFUL and courteous! The location was also great. They truly make the place feel homey.

I see lots of complaints about the beds but I don't remember noting them being terrible...but I have young kids and I sleep horribly at hotels regardless of the bed so take that as you will. The small waterpark is fun but the floor is a little rough. If you kid falls there's a good chance they may scrape their knees and elbows. I like that there's a hot tub in the kid area for parents to sit in and still be able to see their kids playing. My kids however are just pool people and really enjoyed just the regular indoor pool. The kiddie pool was fun for my toddler. The rooms could use a little updating as far as decor but we would definitely come back again.
Jul 15, 2025 · S. J.We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean. The lights are placed awkwardly in the rooms which we all thought was weird but whatever no big deal. The water park and pool are with slides is perfect for the little ones to maybe 7 years old. What was convenient was that there's a hot tub directly across from the kids play area so you can sit in the tub and still keep an eye on the kids. Fair warning though, there's a TON of kids on a weekend and there's nothing relaxing about the swimming areas. Definitely a hotel meant for families. All within walking distance of restaurants and bars and we liked that it wasn't on the main road into the Dells. In the summer it would be nice because you can go do what you want in town and then get back to your room and it's not so chaotic. Room rates were great. We'd stay again.

The watermark is designed for smaller children in mind and we didn't have to worry at all with our littles! Staff were friendly and accommodating! Keep in mind it is a hotel designed for young kids so if you're looking for quiet it won't be here. But if you come in with the expectation of kids running around then you will have a lot of fun! The location is great for doing other things if you want to get out of the hotel as well. We stayed 2 nights and the price was well within reasonable. It was off season so probably cheaper than summer pricing but still much cheaper than a lot of places around the dells. We will return for a few years to come until our littles grow up!
