Very helpful and friendly service provided from check in to check out. The room we got was large and clean. Aside from not having a microwave in the suites, the amenities were nice. The water park was clean and warm. Kids had a blast the entire 3 days we spent at Great Wolf! Will definitely return for another family trip.

May 17, 2025 · Devon JulienCompared to the Massachusetts location, the water park looks smaller but is more kids friendly, Everything is distributed better here. It’s easier for me to track the little ones. Parking is $15 right next to the lobby and FREE for a short walk. I like the 7 elevators compared to mass that only has 3 and 1 is always down for service. My room was clean with the exception of the floor that was a bit dusty . The sofa bed is very very comfortable. For the price this is a steal for a quick getaway with the kids
May 14, 2025 · Luiggi DCompared to the one in Mass, we were underwhelmed. The entrance and adventure part was nice and well done but that's about it. Our room wasn't ready until well after 4, since housekeeping was running behind. We had the rooms with the kids bunk beds. The design was nice and the kids liked it. But one of the blankets was dirty. The sink still had dried toothpaste on it. The kids beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The water park was fine the first day, Sunday. The water definitely seems colder than the advertised 85. Outside the water was far too cold. The kids lips turned blue as soon as they left the water. It's smaller than Mass but gets the job. The 5 person slides were the highlight for the family. Overall everyone still enjoyed themselves. The second day, Monday, was much worse. They had a ton of attractions closed for some reason. Half the water slides were closed, and the remaining had half the workers, making the lines go extremely slow. You were waiting for 30 mins to get on a slide. The little kids portion was completely closed for some reason. The lazy river was closed, even though they still had life guards watching the empty water! They would just yell at everyone that tried to enter. The second day was disappointing and everyone was fine with leaving.
May 05, 2025 · Daniel LopesWhat an experience we had at the new, and extremely overpriced Great Wolf Lodge. Upon checking in, the kiosk was a welcoming option with no wait and the process was pretty simple, it even printed our wristbands! I had also received a text that our room was ready, even better. I dragged my two teenagers out to the car to get the bags and hurried up to our room so we could play at the water park. All three of us tried to open the door using our wristbands, and 0/3 worked. I guess I should've waited in line from the start, because that's where I ended up. After several minutes in line, I got three new bands and thankfully they all worked this time. We played for several hours at the water park. Three different times we hiked up the stairs to the big tube slides only to be turned away all three times. The two big slides were broken for the majority of the time and we didn't get to ride either one. What. A. Joke. We went back to the room to figure out dinner, only to have some overly friendly neighbors pounding on our door and running away back to their room. I knocked on their door, and no one answered. I called out and asked them to stop. They didn't. The noise in the hallway outside of our room lasted until almost midnight. We went into one of the gift shops with the intent of getting some candy. It must be super delicious at $13.99/8oz, the smallest option. The kids wanted the candy bananas that were pouring like lava from the top of the ceiling down to the candy bins. Come to find out, the candy bananas are just for decoration, they don't have any. Thankfully, they didn't give me too much of a hassle about a refund. As we attempted to sleep on the creaky beds, the room ac unit blew like the tundra and was incredibly loud and obnoxious making it difficult to sleep. It's now almost 2am and we can't even hear the TV over the AC. As I toss and turn, I am cursing at the flat sheet which has been used as a poor substitute for a fitted sheet. If it wasn't so foggy out, we would probably pack up and go home. This was our horrific one night at the not-so-great wolf lodge. I am thrilled for morning to get here and to go home. I am beyond frustrated, and incredibly tired. Save your money, go somewhere else. If you do end up making the same regrettable decision I did, bring your own food and drinks or be prepared to spend a fortune on just about everything.
May 17, 2025 · A. RogersDisney prices without the Disney experience. I’ll start with my husband is in a scooter as he just underwent surgery. I called a day ahead to make sure he has a chair for the shower. They wrote a note and I double checked with the front desk person. By the way check in was out of control. The front desk person was very nice and assured we’d get our chair. No chair was there when we returned to our room. My husband called and they said they’d come up. Two hours later I had to call TWO more times and go downstairs before they finally brought the chair at almost midnight. Then the manager was acting like I was bothering HER. Additionally, we paid $80 for two meals one being 3 chicken tenders and fries and the other a burger and fries. Thankfully we are doing well for ourselves but this is not for your average family. The bedding and pillows are literally dollar tree quality. We got the grizzly suite, the room was pretty but the floor was dirty. The hallway coming into our room smelled like dirty diapers and musty sweaty people. Mind you this place just opened and we haven’t even finished our stay. Will not be coming back. I give this place a year before it closes down.
