Brought our 13 yr old son and two of his friends for a couple of off-peak days. Had a great time. The boys loved it and they had a blast. I definitely wish I knew about this place when my other kids were small. I can see that this is such a cool place to bring really little kids as well. The staff was really nice and helpful. We had very few problems, but everything was handled very well. I think they empower their staff to really take care of people. I liked the room well enough. It was one of the suites with a separate bedroom. The bathroom being super tiny would be my only criticism. Otherwise, the room was definitely big enough for the five of us. The beds were comfortable too. My only other criticisms would probably be the food prices, bit expensive, and the VR was pretty steep too. $50 for what seemed like only a few minutes. Ouch. But was a great couple of days and we will probably go back next year.

May 14, 2025 · Andy HarrisonHad a great time here! Staff was excellent, super friendly, and helpful. The whole place was very clean. The rooms are comfy, clean and cozy. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I feel it is overpriced. However, once you stay there or become a member of the voyagers club, you start to receive incentives, like 50% off a stay and etc. I did not buy any extra passes to the other attractions. They are fun to do once, but not many more times than that and it's cheaper to just pay for the one time. With all that being said, I have already booked another stay. Great family vacation ❤️
May 16, 2025 · Nicole DowlingLet me preface this by saying every review I read didn't add up to the experience our family had on our trip. We checked in at 4 on Saturday and were met with Ethan as our guest agent. Ethan was pleasant, polite and made our check in process easy. This was on a busier day of the week plus with schools being on vacation it was bustling to add but no line while checking in. Elevators were slow but to be expected with the amount of people up and down and trying to squeeze in we ended up just taking the stairs easy peasy. As for our floor we were on it was slightly rambunctious but expected with young teens and kids enjoying their vacations. We did the arcade, started magiquest and build a bear the first night and my daughter had a blast, to see the smile on her face was priceless. I love that they have build a bear available such a great addition to put into the mix of activities to do. Yes they do have upgrade signs everywhere and at times employees were trying to upsell but never once did I feel pressured to upgrade anything. The water park, small yes was clean and sanitized, my daughter loved the wave pool we spent 4 hours each day there and it wasn't too crowded but a good number of people. My kiddo also LOVED the arcade it would have been nice to not have the ice cream and food court apart of the arcade I feel like it made it a little more congested than it would have been if those were in a different spot but I can understand space wise why it was designed that way. Yes it's not that big of a resort and some of the activities are small and quick but look at the experience through a childs eyes and how they would view it, it's magical for them. They have a number of activities for kids we took part in the dance party and story time was nice to end the nights with getting lots of energy out. We did go off site to eat there's a few different restaurants about 10 mins from the resort, we also bought breakfast items and lunch items. If I know anything I know the food is usually overpriced at these sorts of places and not very filling or good so I highly recommend to go off site plus, it gets you out and about. On our last night my daughter was exhausted after a long day and tend to gets overstimulated at times, we were sitting waiting to get some dinner while music was playing in the lobby and she kept having to cover her ears. An employee ( Stephanie N.) she was the manager of food and beverage noticed her right away and brought us some ear plugs for her. While we were eating she brought my daughter a gift that made her entire night (she's still talking about it) this sort of service had me tearing up. The employees are so busy there and one of them stopped to take the time out of their day to tend to my daughter told her she relates to her and was so kind caring and thoughtful 10/10 service for me and something we will never forget. The only complaints I had which were not the buildings fault were the teenagers who banged on our door once in the middle of the night and then an evacuation of the entire building in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm pull. Everything was clean, staff were beyond polite and helpful. We will be back to this establishment with family again in the fall and we already can't wait!
May 01, 2025 · Kristin HagenI'll start by saying that my kids (5 and 3) loved it there, especially enjoying the variety of arcade games and the bunk bed suite. My biggest issue is with the constant upselling. There are a million ways to upgrade your experience for a price and a lot of that is marketed heavily toward the kids, so you're either going to constantly disappoint the children or spend a lot more money than just the room rate you paid for. The part that really stressed me out is the time outside of your room reservation when you're allowed to be there and use the facility. The bathroom available in the pool area is not a great place to change into or out bathing suits and there's no where to put down your bag (unless you upgrade to renting a cabana.) It was absolutely packed at the toddler pool both days we were there (Sunday/Monday). But the kids loved the little slides and the sit-on jet ski thing. The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. But again, that's an upgrade. For dinner we went out to Friendly's. While we were there, we used the bathroom and my 5 yr old commented that the floors there were almost as sticky as the floors at Great Wolf Lodge, which pretty much sums it up for me. 4 stars for the fact that my kids remember the experience fondly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Will probably go back, but not because I loved it!
Apr 18, 2025 · Leslie HolcroftI’ve been to Poconos and Niagara locations before and, at first, this one shocked me. Waterpark is divided into two smaller separate spaces with cold hallway in between, and lazy river is tiny. It wasn’t very warm in the waterpark, which is unusual for GWL. Room smelled musty. Must go through the arcade to get to the water park, which annoyed us. But it grew on me. It’s pretty clean, people who work here are very nice. Hot tub that goes outside is very cool. Breakfast buffet is delicious, and dinner buffet is fine. Pool food was very good, chicken fingers especially. Most importantly, my 2 year old had a blast.
