This hotel is very comfortable, quiet and welcoming. The rooms are cozy, very clean and spacious. Coffee is available in the lobby and the hot breakfast is good. The ladies that work in the dining area are very friendly and keep the area clean. I really like the mobile check in/out and mobile room key. The location is easily accessible to the highway which is near restaurants and shopping. When in the area this is my hotel of choice. Very safe area also. *TIP: if you’re sensitive to noise, request the top floor…you won’t have to worry about any noise from guest above you.

Dec 24, 2024 · ItsT 126Stayed here last weekend. I am extremely disappointed in this stay, as I felt that I wasn’t taken very seriously. During our stay, I reported that I was woke up in the middle of the night by our neighbor. They were laughing loudly, banging on the wall, not sure what was going on. 30 mins passes, and nothing really changes. Now I question whether they’re being loud or the walls are paper thin. Or maybe the staff never went up? Anyway, I report it again once a full hour has passed. There was no apology, nothing, just a response “I have addressed it.” And while yes, things did settle and it got quiet- I was upset at how the situation was handled and lack of empathy. I had also made requests for additional pillows for the room that was NOT accommodated. Wouldn’t return to the property and wish I stayed at the Hilton property across the street.
Apr 12, 2025 · Michelle PowellTo the potential customers reading this, do yourself a favor and go to the Hilton Garden next door. The hotel is much nicer and cleaner, and you most likely won't run into the same issue I did, whether you smoke cigarettes or flower or both. To the manager reading this, I try not to leave bad reviews, and ultimately give places the benefit of the doubt.. However, this morning after check-out, I received a call that the housekeeping staff reported a marijuana odor and informed that I was being charged a smoking fee due to a no smoking policy! Apparently this was your decision, yet you couldn't even call me yourself you had the front desk call me to handle the dirty work, who admitted she agreed with my defense, but again that it was your decision for the call and charge. I travel all over for work, stay in numerous hotels, and have never had a complaint. I am not stupid enough to smoke inside a public building like that. You can tell the difference between someone who has opened a container of flowers and one who has burned flowers, I woulda set off smoke detectors and alarms and the whole damn floor would have reek of the burning flowers. If you take a look back at your cameras throughout my stay, you'll see I exited my room and the building multiple times to go outside and smoke OUTSIDE the building!! You're hotel, private property or not, is in a legal state so of course you're going to have guest who have their flower on them on inside the property. Throughout my stay the weather was cold and wet, so the likelihood of sitting outside anywhere to prepare my flower was slim to nun. One of your elevators smelled of vomit the entire time, not to mention the piles of vomit sitting outside the southeast entrance. My door handle needed to be replaced because it gets stuck, soo I left my door cracked most of the time. So again, the halls would have be affected if I had been smoking inside. I was passed by different people while standing outside smoking, none of whom ever complained to myself or the front desk, most of which actually said Hi and that it smelled good!!! I'm not sure if you have something against smoking or this was just a money grab, but I'll make sure that myself or no one else from my company ever books rooms at your hotel again.
Mar 31, 2025 · Josh ProffittPool smelled like sewer and water was very cloudy. I would suggest updating the pool area and make it swimmable. Breakfast was good and included many options. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the pool.
Apr 06, 2025 · Melanie MerrickNice stay, roomy accommodations, little kitchenette area, king bed, and queen sleep sofa. The pool and gym were clean and equipment in excellent shape.
