We were traveling and needed a sleep over. Hotel desk clerk was polite and helpful. I’m handicapped and asked for an accessibility room. The shower was a walk-in/wheel in with a built in shower chair. The only issue was the floor floods easily and needs extra towels and maybe a warning. But other than that the room was clean, easy to get to. Staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to find with many food options within driving or even walking distance if you are able to walk about a mile.

Jun 03, 2025 · Jeff EdwardsThe breakfast was one of the best in the chain. Variety and quality. The room has a bunch of evidence of water damage everywhere. Peeling wall paper. Warped base boards. Lumpy floor. It was clean tho. Bathtub was worse than regular home quality. Room was a suite and was big and roomy.
Mar 16, 2025 · Cam acuffMy review is on the customer services provided via phone. I wanted specific things in a brand hotel that I want to put money into. I wanted specific things: for my daughter self made waffles for her, and suite/separate rooms for us). Candace provided the guidance and I appreciate her for that. Thank you Candace. Your willingness to help me achieve my overall goal is greatly appreciated.
Apr 04, 2025 · Kevin NashThere was hardly any parking between the layout and the school busses. People were parked very wonky and over the lines, the handicapped accessible space had a car parked in it. Our toilet clogged the first morning we were there and my daughter went down to ask for a plunger, she was told they would send one up, but it never came. We had a function to be at so we left for the day expecting the toilet to be taken care when we returned at 11pm, nope. It overflowed at 11pm and the front desk people brought extra towels to for us to mop it up and a plunger, but nothing to clean the dirty toilet water off the floor. The breakfast man was such a butthead, there was several school busses and the kids must have cleaned the breakfast out, when I got to breakfast about 925, there was nothing except for the employee arguing with a woman about how he doesn't cook after 920 and those kids took everything. She was out of luck. The same thing happened on morning #2, only I got there about 910 to hear the employee agruing with my husband that he doesn't cook after 920 (it wasn't even 920 yet!) I stopped and asked the front desk to confirm breakfast hours to which she said 6-10am, so I pointed out to her that it was 910ish, why is there an issue. She just smirked and stayed seated to the side and told me nothing she could do. The breakfast guy did make some bagel bites things finally after my husband gave him an earful, they came out to the bathroom about 950. Then, after we had left, my son realized he left his shoes and hoodie in the closet of the room, the front desk confirmed it was still at the hotel and they would hold it for 30 days...I was already to Birmingham at this point, I asked if they could ship and I was happy to pay for it. She rudely told me they don't do that. Thankfully a co-worker was still in town and was able to pick it up for us. Now, I spoke to the GM 2 days after we checked out about another issue with a comp for a room because they didn't have the room type that we reserved over a month prior available because someone didn't check out, they hadn't given the credit yet. I also told her I felt she should know what is going on in her hotel. She got a bit hateful and told me she couldn't do anything else which I replied I didn't want her to other than to know about the plunger and breakfast situation. She made the excuse that the plunger wasn't told to the front t desk because she was on site that morning, well it was and the front desk employee just didn't notify maintenance. The breakfast was the worst, and all she said was she would review the cameras. This weekend in Atlanta was the first stop in my 8 states travels over 14 days and 5000 miles....I stayed at 5 different Hilton hotels, including Spark, Hampton Inn (3 different), and Homewood....this one was by far the worst in service, even Memphis was better! The location was pretty convenient for Six Flags and there was plenty of food options nearby, so be ready because breakfast maybe until 10am but you only getting a nutrigrain bar with a side of griping from the breakfast guy.
