Had a 14 day reservation, waiting on house for move in, and upon arrival there was blood on sheets, they came to replace and blood was on those. The cleaner very friendly, apologized. I’m use to cleaning a room everywhere I go to make me and family comfortable but this place is disgusting!!! I made reservations for the holiday Express near by and moved over there. Although it was more expensive I didn’t even care! I really want all my money back! I even call Environmental Health for Douglasville. You all please don’t go, I’m in believe that they don’t wash covers with laundry detergent just water, smh!! The covers smell like sweat, disgusting!!! And the front desk really tried to tell me it wasn’t blood but bbq sauce, when I called about it appearing to be blood on the wall at 1st, come to find out it was blood that was found on the sheets and the Manager saw and was in agreement and apologized, smh!! Maybe it’ll all change when the Department of Environmental Health go check them out! Fingers crossed for the new customers they receive.

Mar 07, 2025 · Sabrina HarrisI booked 2 rooms and when I arrived after waiting 5 mins for someone to come to the front desk. The energy seemed off from the beginning but I remained positive when I asked did they have a pool? she immediately offered a refund. I had 2 other guests arrived and they were immediately harrassed and questioning them about the amout of guests in the room .. which is weird because I was clearly within my room limit and she didnt even give them a chance to walk inside the building to see what their intentions were .. We immediately left I was very upset and disgusted with this type of service from a CHOICE HOTEL Ive never experienced this at all and she was very apologetic because she knew she was wrong and discriminating againt them. i will not recommend this place ever!!!
Mar 24, 2025 · K FI wish they offered wheat bread or bagel for breakfast, especially if you don't really eat waffle or cereal and/or is staying multiple nights and don't want to eat waffle or cereal for breakfast everyday ... There is no hot breakfast, except for the waffle. Besides that, there was yogurt, instant oatmeal or grits, and microwavable croissants sandwich. The staff was friendly, the rooms were good.
Jan 07, 2025 · Chael “Chy” Tatagibai dont know where to start, i guess you get what you pay for, we checked in n got a room which is so small n heard the neighbors tv all night, could not get any sleep, the ac barely worked even put it on 60 degrees n our room was still warm, the maids came in i said please just take the trash n new towels, well we got new towels and our trash was left for us dispose of...the room has such a musty smell that we sprayed lysol in it n that didnt help, on a king bed they have pillows as small as throw pillows, to get a full pillow u have to pile pillows together n then your neck will be so sore, so if you have a bad back or neck you will pay for it the next day, i sure did with my major back problems n tumor in my spine i was in so much pain sleeping on their bed n pillows, n the towels are not white they are kinda of discolored and not even big enough to wrap around you, the shower floor was so slimmy that i slid taking a shower so be careful n bathroom itself was so tiny that if u going to take a shower you have to get undressed in the room itself, so no privacy the bathroom is the size of a closet, so if you have kids, make sure they not in the room until u get in shower cause they will see everything if you dont...we was going to stay for like 4 days, nope a day did it for us, cant do this...so hopefully we dont have problem getting our money back...we shall see....ohhhh i went down to get coffee in the lobby n one was empty n the other was ice cold so no coffee, even tho they offer it, you dont get it.
Apr 27, 2025 · Shannon RheaThe beds were comfortable. The heater set on 75 never blew hot air. The hot water after running 10 mins in the shower and sink never got hot. I told the front desk clerk this. He took me to the room and cranked the heater to 80. It finally blew hot air. I guess you have to sleep in the desert in order to get warm He turned in the shower. Set the faucet to Luke warm. It got hit. If you have to do this dance. Rm 202 is for you.
