Was there for vacation a couple of weeks ago and only stayed there because of proximity. Excellent location, good parking and we arrived to a clean room. Unfortunately, we did not get any cleaning service during our 4 day stay. We inquired and were told that cleaning had to be requested. So we did trash removal, stocked our own towels and cleaned the room every day. No sheets were ever given. Hotel is dated carpet needed cleaning. Complimentary coffee and tea carafes were always cold. Ate breakfast outside after 1st day. No outside sitting for readig or relaxing except for smokers bench. Pool was closed (seasonal). Price was fluctuating for our entire party even though we are Hilton members and we had to address the billing with a heavy set staffer who was sarcastic. Just disappointing for a Hilton property and certainly not the quality we expected.

May 17, 2025 · O BurtonFirst the good.. Room was spacious, and clean. AC worked well, TV worked well, Bathroom was clean. Wall liquid soap was nice. breakfast was fine, per the Hampton Standard. ice machine worked, hotel staff very polite Location was good, near the interstate, in a lovely landscaped area. Parking was nice and adequate. the lady who cleaned my room was very competent and very polite. Now the bad... The pool (which we did not use) looked like an afterthought for a 1 star hotel; very sad looking.) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NO AUTOMATIC ROOM SERVICING (replace towels, clean bathroom, freshen and make beds, empty trash, etc.) AS NEAR AS I CAN TELL... It is the policy of this hotel to only do room servicing ON REQUEST.... AND YOU ARE NOT TOLD OF THE POLICY UNTIL THE ABSENCE OF SERVICE BECOMES APPARENT. As a guest, a longtime user of Hampton Inns across the nation, I do not think I have ever confronted such a poor customer policy as this. On the afternoon after the first night, when I called the front desk, the very polite front desk clerk (they were all very very cheerful and polite) advised me that I HAD FAILED to request room servicing and since it was after 3pm nothing could be done, but she understood my message. I assured her I was not happy and she expressed regret that I was unhappy. I ASSUMED THAT MY MESSAGE WAS CLEAR, THAT I WANTED THE ROOM SERVICED. She did agree to give me clean towels if I came to the front desk. The next morning (after second night of stay) I checked the front desk; we were not on the list but were told we could be ADDED. (SECOND TIME) That afternoon ( after the second night at the hotel) the room was still not serviced, I went down to the front desk. He implied that I was on the list, but this time he made a cell call to specifically request that our room be serviced as he had a quite agitated guest with a more agitated spouse. then and only then was the room serviced (and done quite well.) THIS WAS NOT AN OVERSITE This is a calculated policy to avoid cost expenditures. The guest is deliberately not told of a policy that they only find out about later. This policy is designed to reduce the cost of housekeeping at the guest expense. It very much cheapens the Hampton Inn brand, reducing it from a strong 3 star hotel chain down to likely a 2 star brand name. I later found out the true policy is likely that room servicing is not done except for newly arrived guests, though this is not a certainty. It appears that servicing EXISTING guest will only occur IF THE GUEST BECOMES VERY AGITATED. It is likely that I will no longer automatically go to Hampton Inn as my first choice in the future, as there are numerous competitors in the mid range hotel market
Apr 14, 2025 · Andrew NavarreGreat hotel close to many restaurants and across the street from the mall of Georgia. There is so much to do around here. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The shower water is very hot and enjoyable. This is really a good place to stay.
May 11, 2025 · Richard “stonestigers” ManningHotels really have one job. Provide a place where someone can have a good nights sleep. That didn’t happen. The bed and the pillows were horrible. I have slept on better beds in the military. Very springy and cheap. Not kidding. I could have made a better pillow by putting some rags in a bag. You had one job Hampton and you failed miserably.
Apr 02, 2025 · Kevin CreekOverall this is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, nice decorated, and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is just fine. The only drawback is the street noise ( because it’s located near everything you are going to hear it all), but if you bring some earplugs- problem solved.
