Location was great, with a decent amount of parking. The service was par for the course, with a standard breakfast buffet. The pool towels were the size of a large hand towel, so if you plan to utilize that, take your own swim towels. And the staff was courteous but rarely spoke to you. The rooms were clean, but a little lacking in space with the 2 beds, but the creek side view had a relaxing constant flow that helped calm the nerves. The bathroom sink faucet was a little cramped and every time I washed my hands water got all over the sink and made it impossible to feel like I got them clean enough because there just wasn't enough room to do so. However, I did like the fact that they provided full size soaps and lotions, which is awesome because the tiny bottles are only ever enough for a 1 day stay. If you are a light sleeper, I would skip this location; The garbage pickup for the next door restaurant was at 3am Friday morning, the beds were the most bouncy I have ever slept on and they shook every time I moved. Also, the duvet covers were just pocketed and would come undone so I was constantly fighting with the covers that seemed too small for the queen size bed. Definitely NOT enough covers for 2 people. It was a lot quieter at night than I expected. Almost most as quiet at staying in the woods. I was quite surprised. I never heard the guests in the other rooms, so the walls must be well insulated.

Apr 22, 2025 · BirdsNest Studio (ShalHeira)It's not a bad place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Pros. Great location for Downtown Gatlinburg . You can walk everywhere. Do offer a heated pool and spa fireplaces in some rooms and balconies. Elevator if needed. Cons Provided breakfast is not good. As stated, we went to a different place to eat breakfast. The front door to the room was a big problem. It would stick when trying to open or closethe door. Room service mistakenly left our door, cracked open after they cleaned, and was left open most of the day. Talked to the employees at the front desk. They said most of the rooms have this problem after the remodeling was done. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, but if you are not committed to staying in Gatlinburg, they are better places to stay for the price point.
Mar 23, 2025 · bryan huttoWe booked a last minute 1 night stay here and had a great experience. Beautiful clean rooms, loved the balcony & fireplace. The front desk staff was helpful & super friendly. Cody, the gentleman working in the breakfast area had the breakfast area in superb shape. Great breakfast. Hoping to come back for a longer stay, happy Diamond Members here.
Feb 27, 2025 · Ashley Brown PollardThe location is great. We had a very enjoyable stay that was made even better because we didn't have to drive anywhere. The cost was reasonable and the room was clean. If there was one thing that we struggled with, it was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny, and the layout was awkward. The breakfast was normal for a Hampton Inn and was hot and plentiful. We were visiting on New Year Day from Florida and even caught a snowfall before we left. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Oh yeah, did I mention the fireplace? It made the room cozy even if it only stayed on for 15 minutes before it had to be reset.
