Location was perfect, close to our favorite breakfast restaurant and our favorite pizza place! Also we could walk to all the shops in a few minutes! Beds were very comfortable! The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly! Had a few loud people above us one night and into the morning but it was the weekend so we figured they were just having fun ! No problems at all!

Jun 10, 2025 · Anna FantettiThe outside may not look the best, but the rooms were nice. It is clear they had been renovated to look more modern and welcoming. The beds were soft, not too hard like most hotel beds are. Within a great walkable distance to downtown. The only downside was that the remote was clearly an aftermarket remote and didn’t match the TV, resulting in finnicky operation of the TV. However, this isn’t a big deal to me. Overall, had a nice stay at this hotel.
Jan 06, 2025 · Ellie AyersI booked the “honeymoon” suite for our 15th anniversary and we were so excited to get to our room. It had nice reviews and pics looked inviting. We paid more than our usual but wanted to splurge. DISAPPOINTMENT was all be got. The entire hotel is run down and dirty. And this room was no exception. The deep soaking tub had inches of standing water in it and a leak, the additional shower was the size of a coffin, the wood like floors had a layer of dust or dirt, the nightstand had a layer of dust I could run my finger through, the decorative pillows looked so old and were fuzzy and how are they cleaned. The actual pillows appeared slept on already. Plus, there were bugs on the ceiling. I was so upset and disgusted and disappointed that I just cried. My husband went and spoke to front desk and there were no other suites and we just wanted to leave. The manager type person was called that night and was to get back with us about our refund. She stated we would pay for the first night. They are not contacting us back and they haven’t returned our money. Terrible and unprofessional place. Beware
Mar 04, 2025 · Angela BraithwaiteIn my opinion, they grossly mislead you with their pics! We stayed maybe 10 min, and they charged $149 to leave. Not only did the elevator look beat to death, but it barely held the luggage cart. On the 2nd floor, we had to walk up a ramp from the elevator only to find tons of trash bags blocking the turn we needed to make then also the walkway was full of laundry bc our room was beside the laundry room. Although the room was big, the adjoining door had NO lock. Instead, they took the handle off the back side of both doors = easy to pry open! Balcony sucked! Something was pouring down onto our balcony from next floor up, and ceiling looked like it was ready to collapse. Idk who did their reviews, but in our opinions, it's all bull! AVOID!
Apr 15, 2025 · D JOnly stayed one night as we were passing through on a roadtrip. Rooms were clean and spacious. We arrived late and were able to walk to pick up dinner and ate at the table in our room. The fireplace is a nice addition in winter. Appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge. We also had two sinks one in the bathroom and one in the room which was nice when getting ready for bed and in the morning. They have grab and go breakfast that is minimal but sufficient. Walking distance to the big attractions in Gatlinburg. Would stay again.
