I’ve been saying at this hotel a lot lately for work. Overall I’m fairly satisfied with the facility. The location is super close to restaurants and the highway, as well as my training center. The area is quiet at night but is subject to the occasional train passing through. The staff are super friendly, the amenities are up to date, but I’ve noticed some things. The doors are super loud, it’s hard to not slam them. The breakfast is rather expensive, and the rooms tend to be a little dirty. We’re all human and nobody is perfect, but I’ve never stayed in the same room twice and each room has had its own set of “unique qualities”. There have been random stains in various spots in the rooms that aren’t all that hard to see as well as dust and borderline unsanitary bathrooms. The bed sheets and comforter as well as the pillows and towels have always been clean which to me, really counts. I’ll be back in the near future. I don’t pay for my stay as I’m here for work, but if I were, I would definitely look into other options nearby based on cleanliness alone.

Apr 29, 2025 · Matthew PoustStayed here a couple of nights with a bunch of other attendees for a wedding at a local vineyard. They were very accommodating, let us use the meeting room, and had a nice patio setup with a fire pit outside. There is a small bar in the atrium which is open until 11 PM. Our room was facing the back of the hotel where a water plant is located as well as active train tracks, so a little noisy but very tolerable. There is a taco bell within walking distance if you have late night munchies and many other good places to eat within a couple minutes drive. The breakfast at the hotel is kind of expensive, which is not necessarily a bad thing to make us go out and try local places.
Apr 12, 2025 · Chad KidderBad vibes at the front desk.I have been a Hilton owner for over fifteen years and have visited many places where the staff is very helpful and kind,we didn’t experience that type of customer service. The front desk member was very dry and short with her answers, she did not explain anything to us. just hand us the keys and told us the room number and that was it. We had to ask her about the Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc.. I believe she needs a little more training, on how to make guest feel welcoming. would’ve been a five star. If the front desk service was better.
Mar 29, 2025 · Purelife28Mixed feelings about this location. Some great employees, some mediocre, and one lady at the desk that watches movies (R rated) loudly on her phone while she watches the clock. Bed was comfy the first night, but the lower quality mattress was uncomfortable the next couple of nights. Walls are thin. Front desk was able to silence a party next door at 1am, thanks! But housekeeping plays their music on a speaker, which can be heard by those who do not want to be disturbed. Did not receive housekeeping in one of our two rooms. Slam-miest doors I've ever experienced. Expensive hotel breakfast, no coffee in the lobby for guests. Thinnest TP money can buy. The stay was acceptable, but I expect more from the Hilton Garden Inn brand.
