The employees are very sweet and accommodating. The room was dated. The mattress had a spill on the side of it. There was a water stain on the wall in my room. The "view" of the loading bay with trashcans isn't impressive, especially when the trash is being thrown out/ stuff unloaded at all hours of the night.

May 13, 2025 · Irene SilasThe worst front desk customer service at checkin. I walked up and was not greeted. The front desk associate just stared at me. So, I spoke and greeted the from desk associate and asked her how she was doing; to which she simply replied, “fine.” I’m being told her name was Shamia ( Saturday 3/1 at approx 4pm). I asked about the break down of the fees as she was not clear as she simply told me to swipe my card for an amount that didn’t correlate with what I reserved. She kept repeating the same amount, but not giving me a breakdown and the reason for the amount and was not very clear. She began rolling her eyes and being rude and dismissive. So I swiped my card and she gave me a key. She gave me a paper ad said sign her. I signed and stood there. She looked at me and rudely said, “you’re done.” She never told me where to go to the elevator, anything about the services/ amenities or how to access the parking or my room, she simply said you’re done. As a Hilton Honors member, I asked for a complimentary water to which she sighed and grudgingly handed me the water. I asked about where to access the elevator to get to my room. She just pointed. I asked a parking and another customer overhearing the conversation had to give me the details of parking. This is not the caliber of service that I am accustomed to at Hilton. I came to this hotel as a staycation for relaxation and ended up stressed. There was so much happening on my floor the entire night. Someone got into a fight around 1:30am and the police was called. They screamed for help and stated they were in room 540 and a man with a grey hoodie was the assailant. Another party came and was disruptive and held commotion in the hallway and outside the building. I was so exhausted that I simply checked out and drove home. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms well maintained. It’s unfortunate that the staff member’s behavior doesn’t match the brand. There has to be some accountability to being the face of Hilton and at least understand that it’s important to greet the guest as they arrive.
Mar 04, 2025 · Latonya JonesGreat location super close to everything. Jay who worked valet was absolutely amazing helped with my bags and when the car came around helped put everything in and even opened the doors for us. The rooms were clean the only downside is they don’t have free self parking.
Apr 19, 2025 · Sherry LinAn excellent experience! Last month, our company hosted a large 3 day event at the hotel. Our staff and guests all stayed on location during those days. The hotels event dept, led by Chikiera and Michelle handled every detail with professionalism and care. Their support staff, Anthony, Curtis and Willy had us taken care of at every turn. Communication between all of us was clear, concise and they anticipated the majority of our needs. Everyone from the front desk crew, to brilliant Kat who takes care of everyone at the bar. Our event went off seamlessly and we even booked again for next year. I can't say enough good things about our time there.
Feb 12, 2025 · Courtney ValvoI stayed there in March of 2025 for a one night trip. When I walked in, I could tell that the hotel needed some immediate repairs. There was water leaking from the ceiling right in front of the elevators, fans in the corner of the reception because the air wasn't working, and the room had random things broken and dirty. I woke up the next morning and there was no hot water in the shower. I went to call the front desk, and the hotel phone did not have any numbers listed. I called through my personal cell and they indicated that there was no hot water in the building and they didn't know when it would be restored. I asked if we would receive notice of it being restored, and they said that they did not have a way to let guests know. I was in town for a large conference, as I imagine other guests were, and it was disappointing to not be able to take a shower. The employees did not seem to care about the guest experience.
