This is a mediocre hotel, not up to the Hilton standards at all. It’s not horrible, but just wasn’t the good experience I was expecting from Hilton. My main issues were the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was too firm and bouncy, kind of like a trampoline. The bedding wasn’t pristine, the bedspread could’ve really used a good bleaching. Unlike most good hotels nowadays this hotel doesn’t include the price of breakfast in the room price. So you have to pay separately for the breakfast . And the breakfast food was subpar and very overpriced. Boring food, not much selection. It was also a real hassle to get the breakfast, because the front desk wouldn’t simply add the cost of my breakfast to my room. They directed me to a woman who gave me a separate receipt, and a tip was expected! I did not want to pay a tip to someone for an awful breakfast I served myself! But I felt pressured to add a tip to the receipt. It was a very strange experience for me, since in other hotels I simply go downstairs and get breakfast in the morning and don’t have to think twice about it!

Dec 24, 2024 · Joanne FullerUsed this as a road trip hotel got in Late left early. Used digital key so didn't have to stop at desk. Easy in and out. Was perfect for a quick night. Room was clean no issues. Plenty of parking and no extra fees
Mar 09, 2025 · Ashley GutowskiIn my weekly travels I stay mostly at Hilton Garden Inn properties. At this location the hotel, fitness center and the rooms are very clean. The service for the most part was amazing but one certain employee went above and beyond and delivered exceptional service. She works at the front desk and her name is Aliyah Aldridge.
Apr 24, 2025 · Elyse Clarke-WebbExcellent value for a family suite. As a Hilton Honors member, I travel frequently between the various Hilton properties for work and family vacations. I had a great week at this facility and look forward to my next stay. The suite was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. I was curious for the main road noise would be an issue - it was not. I had a Main Street side room and didn’t notice unusual noise. Basic facilities needed in a hotel room (including coffee and refrigerator) worked perfectly. Clean room, nice office desk (and WiFi) with plenty of room. HVAC controls were perfect - I was able to set perfect room temperature for my taste. Common areas. I didn’t use the restaurant or manager reception services. I saw many solo business travelers and groups using these facilities and seemed to be having a good time. Staff Service was 5 star. Very attentive when I arrived (before I arrived in fact via text), checked in with me during the stay, perfect housekeeping services (every other day, more on request I assume). Plenty of smiling employees, including the front desk rep at 0330 this morning when I left for the airport. (Very energetic, smiling, and happy to help me depart at an unusual hour). Location. Perfect for me and my business needs. Nearby ball stadium with things to do. Easy access to I-75 that gets your downtown, airport (25 minutes), etc. Overall, for the location, basic services I used, and the very very reasonable cost, I was happy to have a suite for the week with an attentive staff. Well done to the heart and soul of this location.
