We had a great stay here! My fiancé and I were staying for one night to rest after a flight from the West Coast, before driving up to Maine the following day. We used the shuttle twice and it was really easy to give them a call and request the pick up from the airport, the shuttle arrived within 10-minutes. The following day we took the shuttle back to the airport to connect to the rental car terminal which was easy as well because the shuttle leaves every 15 mins before noon. The staff was really friendly, the room was spacious and clean - overall a great and convenient stay!

While the overall experience is highly positive, a few minor points have been raised by some guests. Some have found the bed pillows to be too soft, preferring firmer options. While the hotel generally maintains a clean environment, some guests have noted minor issues like dirty hallways from open ceiling tiles. The phone in the room might not always connect directly to the front desk, requiring guests to use their mobile phones. Additionally, the hotel’s location, while excellent for airport access, means fewer immediate walkable dining or entertainment options compared to being in downtown Boston. For those driving, the parking fee, though common for airport hotels, is an additional cost to consider. Some guests have also reported issues with water dripping after shower use, which was generally fixed by reporting it. There can also be some aircraft noise due to proximity to the airport, though rooms are generally described as quiet.
Despite these minor considerations, the hotel consistently receives high ratings for its service, cleanliness, and value, particularly for its convenience to the airport and its well-maintained facilities.

May 12, 2025 · Anne Russell-EppsBeautiful facility and the front desk folks were helpful while being friendly!! Alen checked me in and has helpful in finding some local opportunities to try! The bed was super comfortable! I had actually made a mistake booking this hotel but certainly glad I did. The shuttles ran right on time to the airport!
May 10, 2025 · allen smithIf I fell for grade inflation they would get 5 stars. It is a nice Hilton Garden Inn. Near Boston Logan Airport. They do a shuttle which was nice. They do a stay, park and fly for up to 14 days. It is definitely my go to spot for staying at the airport. Room was super clean. Bed comfortable. I’ve probably stayed 10 times now.
May 11, 2025 · Reed BrozenI stayed in a clean but smaller studio type room. I went to the restaurant on the first floor 10 minutes before closing and they would have happily given me a seat but I ordered the wings to go. They were well cooked, flavorful, and enough wings that I wasn't able to finish the whole thing. I used the parking package to leave my car there for over a week and departed at 2am. The bus comes around 24 hours a day and the drive was quick. When I returned, I called the hotel and they let me know where to get picked up by the shuttle and it arrived promptly and brought me right to the parking lot where I parked. I highly recommend it for solo travelers leaving out of Boston Logan airport.
May 10, 2025 · Beth LUpon my arrival in Boston, the driver mistakenly dropped me off at the Hilton hotel located inside the airport, instead of the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff there were kind enough to call your hotel on my behalf. I was informed that someone would come to pick me up shortly. However, after waiting for 20 minutes with no one arriving, I had to call again, only to be told to keep waiting — it was only then that someone was dispatched to pick me up. In total, I waited over 40 minutes. At check-in, I was assisted by a short Caucasian female staff member. While I was using Apple Pay on my phone to pay the deposit, she asked me a question regarding parking. I didn’t catch her the first time as I was unlocking my phone, so I politely asked her to repeat it. She did so, but with exaggerated volume and an eye roll — as if implying I couldn’t speak English. I felt publicly shamed and subtly discriminated against. As someone who is half Australian and half Asian, English is one of my native languages. After flying from Australia to Abu Dhabi, and then to Boston — more than 24 hours of travel with significant jet lag — I was understandably exhausted, and my responses may have been slightly delayed. Later that evening, I came down to ask about airport shuttle service. A Black male staff member with curly hair and glasses attended to me. The lobby was noisy and crowded. He told me the shuttle operates from 4 AM to noon. I only caught the “4 AM” part and asked him to repeat it. He responded with clear impatience and annoyance, which was very disappointing. As someone who has worked in the service industry and traveled to over 50 countries, I can confidently say that this is among the most unprofessional front desk experiences I have encountered. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality from Hilton. The lack of patience, the dismissive tone, and the subtle discrimination I experienced are unacceptable. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken to improve your service and staff training.
