The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. There is a parking garage next door, which you can purchase a pass for 24$ a night, which is very convenient given the cost of parking nearby. The location is fantastic and very convenient to get to. The only complaint I had was the room had an echo to it because of the concrete ceiling.

May 05, 2025 · Nathan AckermanThis hotel has been my home for the last 4 years. I usually stay here for 6 to 8 months a year. I'm a travel medical provider. The service was good. But this month everything changed. The front desk has a new employee and a new supervisor. Two new employees have attitude. Today I have questions about new charges on my credit card and one African American lady told me that she has no answers about it. Then I spoke with the new supervisor Aneesah. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. She was yelling and screaming in front of everybody at the front desk. Telling me that I have to call my agency. She kept yelling and couldn't control herself. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that he wasn't there, and this conversation was over. In a threatening tone of voice, pointing her finger at me, she told me to leave. She turned her back on me and left. The guy who was there was very kind and told me to excuse them. I asked for the manager's information, wrote to him, and am still waiting for a response. It was a very sad experience. People like her should not serve any customers. If the manager checks the cameras at noon today, he will see the poor quality of service that I received from the supervisor and the girl who helped me at the beginning. I just canceled my extension for next month at this hotel. I don't think I'll ever come back.
May 14, 2025 · Yeyvy FerminNice hotel overall - good location and walkable, clean, rooms are average and typical. The bathroom sink is very small no counter space. Large bathroom area though. Hot Tub didn’t work and neither did the ice machine. Friendly desk but assumed too much as it was my first visit so I had to ask a lot of questions which seemed annoying to them. Checked out 12 days ago and my charge is still pending with $100 extra just sitting there. I called last week and told 7-10 more days for the refund. Unacceptable in my opinion to just hang on to someone’s money indefinitely. PS: you have to pay for breakfast but it’s really good.
Jun 12, 2025 · Mal the Sports GalThis is a very nice hotel however Hilton offered me the opportunity to check in ahead of time because I am a Hilton honors member I did and it told me I could just use the digital key and go straight to the room. However when I got here the lobby doors were locked and it said you needed a room key to get in, so I went to the app to get the key and it said I had to register first to get the key downloaded. So I knocked on the door to get the attention of the clerk at the front desk. When I was let in to register the clerk was very rude to me and would not smile or be pleasant in any way. He was very rude and short with me and after he checked me in he didn't even tell me what my room number was or where the elevator was. I was treated like criminal instead of a paying guest. Then when I got to my room I got a welcome text and it asked how my stay was so far. When I stated how I was treated the clerk texted me back and argued that it was my fault he acted like that because I knocked on the door. Wow, if you're not going to deliver what you promise don't offer it! If you don't want someone to knock on your door to get in don't lock it! If you don't want bad review don't ask for one! I've been treated better at a super 8 motel than I was at Hilton. I do not recommend staying at this hotel because the staff is rude and snobbish
Jun 21, 2025 · Vic PortincasoThe hotel itself was really nice, but our check-in experience made the start of our trip super stressful. I booked this hotel because I’m a photographer and had a wedding in Chicago the next day. We fully paid ahead of time—about $600 for two nights. We arrived around 2am after a long drive with my three nieces, only to be told the hotel was overbooked and they had no room for us. The front desk guy told me that if Expedia didn’t send a room number, then we didn’t actually have a reservation. Expedia never sends room numbers, so that response felt completely dismissive and didn’t make sense. I asked why no one had called us if they knew they were overbooked, and he just said there was nothing he could do. I went to the car to call Expedia, and a few minutes later he came outside and said he might be able to figure something out—but he wasn’t sure if he could honor our original rate. Thankfully, he did end up getting us into a room at the same rate, which I appreciated. But honestly, even saying that might not be possible felt unnecessary and frustrating. We had already paid in full—this wasn’t a mistake on our end, it was theirs, paying extra isn't an issue but seemed far fetched since it wasn't my fault. When he was getting us the room, he said it was a king, and I mentioned that I had booked something that sleeps four because we had kids in the car and I wanted to make sure it had a pullout couch too, like we booked. He responded with, “I’m not sure, I don’t know much about the room.” Like... what? I paid $600 and was still having to ask basic and simple questions as if I was getting something for free. The rest of the stay was great. The room was clean, the staff we saw after that was friendly, and the parking garage was super convenient—easy to get in and out, and close to the entrance. I’m not sure if it’s always free, but ours was. There’s also a nice little snack area in the lobby, which we bought a lot from, good options. Very quiet, heard no other people our entire stay. Only other small thing was the elevators being extremely janky and scary to be in and the shower did leak in our room, not huge deals since I feel this common but worth noting for those deciding if they'd like to stay. My only other complaint was the pool area. There were ants crawling on the walls near one of the signs and around the hot tub, dirty in many spots. We only saw one other person at the pool our entire stay, so it didn’t seem like a busy weekend thing—just not well maintained, photo/video attached. On checkout day, the hot tub was drained and out of order too. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but for $600 I expected better communication and upkeep. I wouldn’t rule out staying again, but I’d only book if the rate felt worth it.
