Jul 31, 2025 · Jacob UllomThe staff were a little rude, definitely not friendly. Especially for the price you’re paying you’d think folks would be welcoming and kind. The room was quite dirty. Behind the bed had a lot of old food from previous guests. Overall I was unimpressed. There is a small pool (indoor / outdoor split). But I wish the pool temp was warmer. Also $75/pet for the stay.
Aug 03, 2025 · Natasha Al-RafieCheck in was fantastic, we were given hot chocolate chips with walnut biscuits, that was amazing, we were there for 5 days and each day the service provided to us was exceptionally amazing. The setback is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant and we had to have breakfast for the first two days at the restaurant attached to the hotel, I would say that it was totally unacceptable, I paid $ 113.00 for 2 days and there were no refills, the person cleaning our table was rude and looked like he didn't like us and was grabbing our used plates and spoons and throwing them in the cleanup bucket. He was a 55 year old man not a waiter at the restaurant. Rest of the 3 days, we had to go outside for breakfast, one day being at IHOP. The rooms are amazing, and are very secure with multiple alarms setups for carbon monoxide detectors. Loved the hotel service and wish they have a restaurant of there own to make it a 5 star experience.
Jun 28, 2025 · Sameer AhmedWe had an overall nice stay. A few things prevented me from leaving a 5* review. We had made reservations months in advance (like 8 months out). When we arrived, we had used the app to “pre check in”. It let us select our own room. Upon arriving we were informed the room wasn’t available. Check in time was supposed to be 3. It was well after that before our room was available(different than initially selected) They only seemed to have a couple of luggage carts available which made check out very difficult as there were no carts ever available. Upon check out, there were multiple chauffeurs parked out front. They were parked directly in front of the doors, and stayed there for quite a while. It made it very difficult to get our luggage by and packed in our vehicle. It seems you’d have a better area for them to “hang out”. Only other thing that was annoying, you have a fridge in the room, but no microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby, but it would be nice to have one in the room. Outside of these inconveniences, the stay was great. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean.
Jul 20, 2025 · Game On! ProductionsThankfully, I don’t get to see something like this often. It was absolutely disgusting. We spent only one night after a wedding to wake up very early to go to the airport. We couldn’t use the bathroom because it was overflowing, and there was poop all over the bathroom. The manager was not helpful and offer us points. They offer us finally $25 off the bill. This place should be shut down For healthy reasons.
