My family stayed here around Christmas time 2024. The pool was not heated enough for anyone to enjoy it. The worse part is that we kept getting the runaround, leading us to be hopeful it would warm up. This was not the case and for our entire 5 night stay, it never warmed up enough. The area near the pool and our room smelled strongly of weed and our room didn't have a window to the outside. It's understandable, due to odd architecture, for a room to not have an outside window, but those rooms should be heavily discounted. The chef responsible for making breakfast was extremely late one morning as well. This place us run VERY poorly! I usually try to think of some positives when writing a review, but I don't really have any in this case. They did refund us some money due to the pool issue.

Jul 28, 2025 · Hannah Rosenberg JonesThe most… unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby was beautiful. I thought I had walked into an incredibly fancy hotel when I first got here. Then we got upstairs. The hallways ranged between 80 and 100 degrees. In one of the 100 degree hallways, we found an opened package of shrimp. When we got to our room, we realized behind the mesh shade-thing our curtain was up and we almost flashed everyone. I went to poop for the first time in a few times. The poop wasn’t painful, but the half-ply toilet paper was. Our remote control also had dead batteries. The service was pretty decent with the receptionists, and the food around us was great. Just definitely a unique hotel experience that I don’t think I’ll ever experience literally anywhere else.
Jun 26, 2025 · Emma VannThis hotel disappointed me the first day I stayed there. The air conditioning in the room was broken but they changed me to a worse room. The room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. But we didn't want to change so we endured it. I booked a room to go to a concert in Downtown and when we got back there was no parking which was crazy because there was a party inside at midnight. We had to wait in the car for 1 hour to get a parking spot. The next morning my husband called the front desk to ask for more towels. The staff hung up on us without saying anything. That was so rude.
Jul 23, 2025 · Jenny J.The property is not at all what the pictures online on Expedia showed and I expectrd a much better room for the price I paid for it. My hotel room had ceilings that were peeling , holes in the walls and a continually running water in the bathroom tub. If I hadn't arrived at such a late hour from my flight, I would have left even earlier than 7a the next morning. Thankfully I was able to book another hotel which was way better than this one. I barely slept at all. The bathroom was also very small and it was a little noisy in the middle of the night. The customer service was nice, much much nicer than the room but I didn't feel safe at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Jul 23, 2025 · LaTosha SmithThis has been such a disappointing experience. We are here for my nieces 13th birthday party with a few of her friends and a couple of cousins. When we booked the room, we were clear that we wanted two rooms with a joined door so that way we could allow the girls to have their fun while my cousin and myself would stay right next door able to check on them and listen. We also asked that the rooms be close to the pool or at least in the center of the hotel for safety reasons for the girls. Upon arrival, the rooms were not joined, one room has no AC and the maintenance people are coming a second time to try to fix it. The bed frame on one of the beds was busted (thankfully they fixed that) but I brought it to their attention because I didn’t want to be charged upon checkout for this. The reason we are so disappointed is because we called a week ago to confirm our stay and the joined rooms. We were told that we were all set. Though this is not catastrophic, with the cost of the rooms here, this is unacceptable. We have spent more time and going to the front desk to ask for things to be fixed than we should have to while celebrating a birthday. The girls will still have fun, but to this moment, they haven’t offered any compensation back to us for all the inconveniences that have occurred within just hours of being here. Oh, and the rooms were not ready for us at 3 pm when we arrived for check in. We definitely will be taking this location off the radar for future visits.
