The digital locks were not working, the television cable was broken, and the staff exhibited rudeness. May 05, 2025 · SonI stayed last march in this hotel, during my stay everything seemed to be fine, after checkout an unauthorized charge was done on my CC, I called the front desk to inquire about the charge and the gentleman couldn’t figure out why I was charged, he advised me to call the next day to speak with the manager, due to he/she was the only person authorized to cancel a charge, for 10 unsuccessful days I couldn’t get a hold of the person in charge(manager). My advice is, anyone staying in this “ Hilton “ hotel, is just to be aware of any unauthorized charges, currently I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

On the website it says they have non-allergenic pillows which is a huge lie. Terrible experience. This hotel is one grade up from a motel. Take your business somewhere else if you want a comfortable and peaceful experience. They delete all of their 1 star reviews. This is NOT AN HONEST HOTEL and they do not care about their guests.
Feb 25, 2025 · Jessica BilhuberUpon arrival, the front desk attendant appeared to be on her phone or otherwise distracted, as we had to wait 5–10 minutes just to be checked in. This was highly unprofessional and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Once in the room, we discovered that the phones didn’t work. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times for different issues but received no response. Housekeeping began knocking to clean the room as early as 9 AM on a Saturday—completely unacceptable. She knocked multiple times, which was disruptive and unnecessary. Additionally, the toilet runs constantly, and you have to wait a while before flushing again. If I were staying for more than one night, I would have certainly requested a room change. This was room 232—don’t bother trying to call for assistance, as no one answers. I won’t be returning.
