I was traveling from Jackson, TN to Wisconsin. On the way back to Nashville BNA, my plane rerouted to Atlanta due to weather. My next flight was scheduled to fly out at 12:35 pm the next day. I took the airlines up on the complimentary room and selected this hotel. I have only been to Atlanta twice in my life. I was exhausted and confused. I called the hotel for the shuttle, and Mr. Lorenzo told me where I needed to go from my gate and to call back when I got there. I just missed the shuttle upon calling back, but Mr. Lorenzo ensured me the shuttle would return. The shuttle returned and when I got to the hotel, it was quiet, extremely clean, and Mr. Lorenzo’s customer service was STELLAR! He checked me in my room and left my other key at the desk for my husband who was driving to Atlanta from Tn to rescue me. It was a long day, and a tough experience, but Mr. Lorenzo was all the kindness I needed! The shuttle driver was also kind! I didn’t get his name but he is also a private contractor and does not work for the hotel. Either way, they took good care of me! The breakfast was great as well. This was the best holiday inn I have ever been too!

We approached the parking lot gate and attempted to use the call button to gain entry. Regrettably, each attempt resulted in a “call failed” message. Despite multiple efforts, the issue persisted. In an effort to resolve the matter, we placed two calls to the front desk, both of which went unanswered. Consequently, my spouse was compelled to exit the vehicle, proceed past the gate, and enter the hotel to seek assistance. Upon entering, she found the front desk unattended. After searching the premises, she located a maintenance technician who kindly facilitated contact with a staff member to manually open the gate, allowing us to finally park our vehicle. This sequence of events was highly inconvenient and fell short of the standard of service we anticipated. I kindly request that you investigate the functionality of the gate’s call system and the availability of front desk personnel to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Apr 13, 2025 · Michael BrooksI rarely leave reviews, but this place was unacceptable. Check-in took nearly an hour because the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. When we finally got to the room, it smelled like mildew and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. The bathroom had mold in the shower and no hot water. We asked to switch rooms and were told “we’re fully booked,” even though the parking lot was half empty. To top it off, there was construction starting at 6am right outside our window. Stay literally anywhere else.

She was welcoming, helpful, and very informative about getting our parking setup for 3 weeks (they have a gated entrance and the car was completely fine). The night we stayed the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was excellent.
