Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Hotel could have been cleaner. Our first room had a smell that was beyond terrible. I could not tell if it was the plumbing from the bathroom or the room itself and the carpet. It was so bad that the second day I asked to be moved. The next room was better but the toilet ran much longer than usual. Someone else said their toilet in their room was not operating properly as well. The pool did not look clean. The breakfast is super basic. It’s obvious the owners cut corners at this hotel. Customer service was not very good. The employees didn’t make you feel as though they were glad you were there. The room keys never worked. Several times a day we had to go downstairs to have them reset. Others were having the same problem. Also there is no way to reach this hotel directly. I called the number listed for over a week trying to reach someone at the front desk prior to arrival to no avail. The only way to get assistance after making a reservation is to call the 800 number to someone from probably overseas. Will not be returning to this hotel nor patronizing another Holiday Inn Express.

May 07, 2025 · Stephanie CCheck in went normal, was able to get into the room no problems. Later that night 11PM was unable to get into the room due to faulty keys. No one at the front desk for over an hour. Needed medication inside the room. Was told the manager would call me to discuss on Monday, no call, no answer at the hotel over 6 days. Even the corporate office is unable to reach anyone. Why did I not get a call and why is corporate office offering me 1600 points to resolve this? HOPING FOR SOME REAL ACTION other than "Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the issues you encountered during your stay. I have shared your comments with our management team to make sure we provide a better experience." These types of replies are on google and IHG website for a lengthy period of time and it is obvious nothing is changing.
Jul 16, 2025 · Michael DownsI was really nervous with all the negative reviews. It was ok. The room was huge which was a big plus. The pool was small and the water was so murky. I appreciated that they had a free breakfast, but it was very disappointing as others have mentioned. No laundry. Location is ok. Walls and doors are very thin and lots of people screaming in the halls late at night wasn't great.
Jul 20, 2025 · D TI reserved a room here. Upon arriving there was one customer in front of me waiting with no one at front desk to help him. The wait was over 10 min as well. When the lady arrive back at the front desk. She had an attitude with the Customer and I looked like what did he do wrong? I then spoke with her, letting her know I had a reservation. She once again had an attitude Telling me I had to pay a Deposit, I said no problem. She scanned my keys in handing them to me, not giving me any information About breakfast where the room was as I’m leaving from the desk I hear her again saying to the next customer “You have a reservation”? Over All the entry to inter the hotel was very messy. Look like they were doing work. It was drywall everywhere. The room was nice but Just based off the customer service being nasty, I would never return. And they also keep your deposit for over 30 days on hold. I’m not sure why maybe the hotel uses the money and replaces it but I had to call my bank to get my deposit released. Customer service is everything to me, and I refuse to give my hard working money to any business with no respect for customers. Remember, it’s the customers that’s keeping the business alive. Never again!!

Upon walking in the door was creaking like it needed some wd40 and knew that was a sign it wasn't going to be good. I got my key for my room and everytime i stay in a hotel i always do an inspection upon entering my room. I did my normal inspection and found a bed bug smushed into the bedding so I took a picture and marched it up to the front desk and said we are not staying. After driving all day and being tired and wanting to relax a bit I had no choice but to get back in the car and continue driving into the night to get back home. For one if they actually were cleaning and stripping the bed to put new clean bedding on for a new customer I probably wouldnt have seen that on the bed and for two even after showing evidence i highly doubt they will call pest control in and start treating for and trying to prevent bed bugs. NO, instead let's let people share a room with bed bugs and let their children sleep with them and risk taking it home too. Plus the room smelled really bad. RIDICULOUS. I don't have a lot of money can't afford expensive hotels but even though you are getting budget friendly does not mean it has to have bed bugs or be nasty. Very disappointing and if I was the hotel own i'd be ashamed.
