Room was ok, but several issues. The blackout curtain is for decoration only and doesn't close, and lights came in at night through the sheer curtain. Tub drain wasn't able to plug the tub for a bath. The room was clean and well kept though, and the service given by anyone I interacted with was fantastic.

May 14, 2025 · Doug WaxlerLast night we staying in this hotel because our newborn daughter was in the NICU at the nearby hospital, and this hotel partnered with the Ronald McDonald foundation to gift us a room for the night to be closer to our baby. My wife was quite distressed to be separated from our daughter, and was visibly distraught. Upon walking into the hotel the front desk receptionist, Holly, greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The first thing I noted was her upbeat and pleasant attitude, and, second, that she knew both of the two gentlemen checking in behind us by name, and greeted them personally. Upon seeing the room voucher and my wife's distress, she immediately started comforting us and went above and beyond to reassure us and help us feel comfortable. She was very gentle and caring, and was the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever interacted with. She has a passion for people, and is exactly the kind of person you want taking care of customers. She deserves recognition and want her managers to know the difference she makes. Also, the hotel was very clean and quiet, and the rooms were cleaned well and comfortable.
Dec 14, 2024 · Ian ShoreSuch a bad experience. Too much to explain in detail. Currently still in my room. Short story... Large group here with their kids. About 30 teenagers ganged up on my 2 13 yr old. I confront, parents are drunk and have been at the hotel bar all night. They start making noise at my door. Parents defend their bad ass kids and hotel staff stands behind all the drunk folks. Terrible experience.
Mar 09, 2025 · Tabitha FosnotCheer competition this weekend and the pool is down for maintenence. Staff did not say this at check in. Handed a sheet of paper with "RULES" to sign, where that was listed. Um, that's not a rule. Way to slide it in there fully knowing half the people aren't even going to read it. Yes I know, my fault but still. If your pool is closed, you need to verbally tell people at check in. I am so disappointed. We solely booked here for location and pool. And now we're stuck. My kids are so upset. Oh, and my daughter says "well I'll just go in the bathtub then." The stopper doesn't even work. And I refuse to go back to the desk. Only hotel in the middle of nowhere, you'd think they'd make the pool work for all these kids coming this weekend.
Mar 28, 2025 · Carie BHere for a gymnastics meet and got harassment from a group of about 40 girls here for volleyball. What a mess. Hotel is very outdated, security cameras are not operating. Half bald chick that runs the front desk, talked about my family in front of me on the elevator not knowing.
