I liked this place very much. A beautiful hotel. When we checked in, they gave my wife & I 3 vouchers each for free drinks at the bar. The room was great and let me tell you the best part. The A/C in the room was the best I’ve ever had. It would literally freeze you out if you wanted it to. The air blew all over the room. We were in Room 318. Awesome! This motel seemed to be in a very nice part of town as well and I didn’t fear my car being broke into. Check out my photos. I highly recommend.

May 07, 2025 · Steve SherronHotel was clean- including the bathrooms, lobby, and room itself. Great place to stop for the night on our road trip. Unfortunately they only had sheets for the couch pull out bed- no blankets that evening so we ended up using our picnic blanket out of the car for the kids. Breakfast was decent, service at breakfast was great!
Apr 01, 2025 · Liz LimaUpon my arrival 4/24-4/26 I made reservations ahead of time and was mid informed about allot of things the girl at the front desk MIMI as new and I found out all of this after checking she checked me in for that Thursday and Friday and told me in order to use my points for Saturday to go ahead and pay and I did just as that she said when I check out Saturday they will check me back in so I get up Saturday go check out and try to check back in the guy then at the front desk with glasses and braids told and the other lady that was there on that Saturday told me that I had a balance of 156.00 now if you know when you check into a room you pay the balance so paid in full for all three nights why don’t owe 156.00 no one could explain to me why so they told. Me they would investigate and get back with me . I then told them that I would be going to six flags me and my kids and I don’t want to come back and my belongings are outside the door and they informed me that was not going to happened now remind you if I didn’t pay for those two nights why wasn’t I put out that Friday also the front desk never got back with me so I thought everything was ok these people waited good until I left to take my kids to six flags bc we are on spring break and locked my room well I could use my key to get into the building but when I got to my room the key wouldn’t open the door so I thought maybe it was because we had the key behind the cellphone so we went downstairs to get another key and the guy which was very nice said that we had to either pay or leave well I’m not paying for something me I had already paid for so the guy escorted me to my room to get me and my family things remind you now why could I get into the building but not my room if I didn’t pay so with that being said we had to drive all the way back to ALABAMA they did not accommodate me for their employee mistakes bc she was new and they should not have had her there the manager BJ WAS VERY RUDE and unprofessional she would not answer none of my calls but this hotel do not go and stay the hot water does not work in the rooms and the pool was not open and I was not informed of this so stay anywhere but here they made me feel like I was trying stay at the room for free and that damn sure was not the case bc who does that but I have never experienced thus with the holiday in before and I’m a IHG Member but after this I never want to stay at another holiday in and then they left the guy that worked that Saturday to do the dirty work for them DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND Don’t Care
Apr 29, 2025 · caneshia RembertI recently stayed at this Holiday Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room and overall service were disappointing. First, the bathroom needed to be in better shape. When I turned on the faucet, it sprayed dark-colored water, and the shower had yellow-tinted water that was unappealing and ran cold. There was no hot water to be had. The pullout bed was another issue entirely—it had no cover, sheets, or blanket. To make matters worse, I found a leftover french fry tucked into the bed. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail were not a priority. The condition of the room itself was disturbing. There was tape on the walls as if someone had tried to patch them up poorly, and weird yellow stains were visible around the edges of the ceiling. The building also gave the unsettling sensation that it was swaying, which made it hard to feel secure during my stay. Service also needed to be improved. Towels and other essentials were delivered to a different room than requested, which added to the frustration. The shampoo provided had a "funny" smell, making it unusable for me. The state of the carpet and linens was unacceptable. The carpet was torn and old, leaving a musty smell that lingered. The linens also smelled musty, making it difficult to feel comfortable or clean. Lastly, the entire property needs to be updated from top to bottom. Every element, from the furniture to the decor, looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. This location is in desperate need of renovations and better management. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. There are better options for the price in the area that would provide a more comfortable and clean experience.
Dec 02, 2024 · Jesse GrahamHonestly compared to other places the prices are amazing, the woman up front named maresha was also super nice. The quality is top tier and everything is clean. The Indoor pool is also clean and right next to it is a fitness area. Love it and will be sure to come back.
